Tinjauan Pustaka

Definisi
• Tinea kruris adalah penyakit
infeksi jamur dermatofita di
daerah lipat paha, genitalia,dan
sekitar anus, yang dapat meluas
ke bokong dan perut bagian
bawah.

• Etiologi :
– Epidermophyton floccosum
– Trichophyton rubrum
– Trichophyton mentagrophytes

• Predileksi :
– Regio Genitokrural, regio anus,
regio gluteus, dan perut bagian
bawah
Patogenesis
 TINEA KRURIS
• Lesi berbatas tegas (terutama
di sela paha), peradangan lebih
nyata di tepi lesi daripada di
tengah
• Efloresensi terdiri dari beragam
bentuk primer dan sekunder
(polimorfik)
• Menahun → bercak hitam +
sedikit sisik
• Garukan → erosi, keluar cairan
