Kapabilitas Diagnostik
Ekstremitas pada kasus pediatrik meliputi
tulang yang sedang bertumbuh dan pusat
ossifikasi

Cedera pada lempeng pertumbuhan

tulang (growth plate), terjadi pada
hingga satu pertiga dari seluruh fraktur
pada anak-anak

Tampilan minimal foto ekstremitas yang

setidaknya didapatkan meliputi tampilan
anteroposterior (AP) dan lateral

Perbandingan tampilan dengan

ekstremitas kontralateral mungkin dapat
berguna untuk menentukan variasi
normal
