Data Pasien Anamnensis
• Nama: - • Kekuningan dengan gatal selama 2 minggu
• Warna kemih menjadi seperti warna teh
• Usia: 61 Tahun • Sering merasa lelah
• Kehilangan berat badan
• Jenis Kelamin: Wanita RPD:
• Nyeri Abdomindal setelah bertahun-tahun (tanpa
• Etinicity: Canadian diikuti pola jaundice)
• DM tipe 2 dan Hipertensi
RPK:
• 2 orang tantenya pernah mengalami kanker
pankreas pada umur 60 atas

• Nyeri Abdominal
• Hepatomegally Pemeriksaan Penunjang

• Darah rutin
• Kadar bilirubin: 160 μmol/L

KASUS
Diagnosis Follow up
• Adenokarsinoma Pankreas • Setelah 4 siklus chemotherapy, dilakukan CT scan,
(Borderline resectable) dan ditemukan non-calcified multiple nodul
dibagian paru, ditakutkan sebuah tanda-tanda
Staging metastasis -> Siklus chemotherapy dilanjutkan
• T3N0M0
• Setelah 9 siklus, dilakukan pemeriksaan MRI,
Tatalaksana ditemukan lesi pankreas mengecil dari 3.9 x 3.2 cm
• FOLFIRINOX (Irinotecan 180 mg/m2 ; menjadi 2.7 x 2.3 cm, dan lesi pulmonary dianggap
Oxaliplatin 85 mg/m2 ; 5 Fluorouracil stabil yang mengindikasikan tidak ada tanda
400 mg/m2 ; Folinic acid 400 mg/m2) metastasis.
