 Apa itu stress?
Stres merupakan reaksi tertentu yang
muncul pada tubuh yang bisa
disebabkan oleh berbagai tuntutan,
misalnya ketika manusia menghadapi
tantangan yang penting, ketika
dihadapkan pada ancaman, atau ketika
harus berusaha mengatasi harapan-
harapan yang tidak realistis dari
lingkungannya (Nasir dan Muhith,
2011).
 Apa saja faktor penyebab stress?

Eksternal Internal

dari keluarga, masyarakat dan
lingkungan.

Macam macam stres
 01. Stress kimiawi

senyawa kimia yang terdapat dalam obat-obatan, zat
beracun asam, basa, faktor hormon, gas, dan lain-lain.
02. Stress Mikrobiologi
Merupakan stres yang disebabkan
oleh kuman, seperti virus, bakteri
atau parasit.

Merupakan stres yang disebabkan
oleh proses tumbuh kembang seperti
pada masa pubertas, pernikahan, dan
pertambahan usia.

atau parasit.

merupakan stres yang disebabkan
oleh gangguan situasi psikologis
untuk menyesuaikan diri, misalnya
dalam hubungan interpersonal,
sosial budaya, atau keagamaan.
