PENINGKATAN SISTEM IMUNITAS TUBUH DALAM
MENGHADAPI PANDEMI COVID-19
Kebijakan dalam upaya pencegahan covid-19 yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah ibarat pedang bermata dua, yang dapat
menjaga dan juga melawan tuannya. Terutama pada masyarakat Indonesia, yang dimana semakin hari angka kasus covid-19
semakin meningkat. Di samping itu juga kesadaran akan menjaga protokol kesehatan oleh masyarakat semakin hari juga
semakin menurun. Penulisan artikel ini mempunyai tujuan agar nantinya dapat menjadi referensi maupun sumber studi
kesehatan terutama di masa pandemi. Dan yang paling utama dapat mengedukasi masyarakat tentang pentingnya kesehatan
di masa pandemi covid-19.

Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mengkaji beberapa sumber literatur nasional maupun internasional Pada kondisi
pandemi ini yang tidak memungkinkan untuk mencari data di lapangan, penulis akan menggunakan metode kajian literatur
yang dimana mempunyai tahapan mencari sumber yang berkaitan dengan judul penelitian, kemudian memilah sumber-
sumber yang relevan sebagai fokus topik penelitian, dan mengkaji secara kritis dan mendalam dari beberapa literatur yang
berkaitan dengan peningkatan imunitas pada masa pandemic covid-19. Kemudian mengolah sumber untuk dijadikan
kesimpulan dan hasil yang nantinya dapat diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Ketika masa pandemi pastinya
sistem imun akan dituntut agar tetap terjaga, supaya virus yang masuk dalam tubuh akan mudah untuk dikalahkan.
Peningkatan imunitas dapat diperoleh dengan mudah, cukup dengan melakukan latihan fisik secara rutin dan teratur serta
memenuhi asupan gizi di dalam tubuh. Meskipun belum ada teori pasti yang dapat menjelaskannya, tetapi banyak
penelitian yang sudah membuktikan bahwa dengan latihan fisik dan menjaga asupan berpotensi dapat meningkatkan
imunitas tubuh dalam melawan infeksi virus, terutama covid-19.
 Kebijakan dalam upaya pencegahan covid-19
yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah ibarat pedang bermata
dua, yang dapat menjaga dan juga melawan tuannya.
Terutama pada masyarakat Indonesia, yang dimana
semakin hari angka kasus covid-19 semakin meningkat.
Di samping itu juga kesadaran akan menjaga protokol
kesehatan oleh masyarakat semakin hari juga semakin
menurun. Sebagai contoh di pasar, warung kopi, dan
tempat umum lainnya, banyak masyarakat yang
melakukan kegiatan sosial tanpa menggunakan masker,
menjaga jarak dan lain-lain

 Apa itu corona virus?
Virus corona adalah hal yang familiar di dunia kesehatan hewan. Virus ini
termasuk salah satu kelompok virus ribonukleat acid (RNA) yang menjangkit
mamalia dan burung.

penyakit Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS),

pertama kali ditemukan menjadi wabah di Tiongkok, kemudian pada tahun

2012 MERS pertama kali ditemukan di Timur Tengah, dan yang terakhir
ditemukan di Wuhan China dengan nama covid-19
