ABSTRACT
 Di seluruh dunia, PPOK termasuk beban perawatan kesehatan dan satu-satunya penyebab kematian
yang prevalensinya terus meningkat.

 Pada penelitian, dilakukan uji korelasi temuan klinis dan radiologis dari empisema paru. Spektrum
pencitraan empisema dianalisis dengan rontgen dada dan tomografi terkomputerisasi dan berkolerasi
dengan tahap PPOK berdasarkan PFT.

 Pemeriksaan klinis PFT, radiografi dada dan CT dilakukan. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara
fitur seperti hiperinflasi, bula dan jantung tubular yang dicatat pada sinar-X dengan CT, dan CT jauh
lebih sensitif dalam mendiagnosis empisema bahkan pada PPOK tipe ringan.

Penyakit paru obstruktif kronik (PPOK) sebagai penyakit umum
yang dapat dicegah dan diobati. PPOK ditandai dengan gejala
pernapasan yang persisten, dan keterbatasan aliran udara yang
disebabkan oleh saluran nafas. Dan kelaianan alveolus
biasanya disebabkan terhadap partikel atau gas berbahaya.

 Gejala PPOK yang paling khas

adalah dispnea kronis dan

emfisematous besar di sisi kanan dan
perubahan emfisematous paraseptal di sisi kiri.
PFT dalam hal ini menunjukkan penurunan
FEV1 kurang dari 30% yang menunjukkan
tipe PPOK yang sangat parah.

redaman paru secara keseluruhan, dan
kerusakan paru terlihat di tempat-tempat di
parenkim.
