 LATAR BELAKANG

● Istilah histrionic berasal dari bahasa Latin yang berarti “aktor”

● Diagnosis kepribadian histrionic, yang sebelumnya disebut histerikal, diberikan
bagi orang-orang yang terlalu dramatis dan mencari perhatian
● Mereka cenderung menuntut orang lain memenuhi kebutuhan mereka akan
perhatian dan berperan sebagai korban saat orang lain mengecewakan mereka.
● Pengidap histrionik cenderung memperbesar pikiran dan perasaan mereka,
membuat segalanya terdengar lebih penting dibandingkan kenyataannya
 DEFINISI

Gangguan Histrionic atau Histrionic

Personality Disorder (HPD) yaitu gangguan
mental yang tergolong dalam gangguan
perilaku dan dapat dipengaruhi oleh respon
timbal balik masyarakat.
Pasien histrionik dibagidalam tiga domain:
1. Pertama adalah ‘dramatik’: ekshibisionis, berlebih-lebihan, labil
emosional, sangat bersemangat, dan sangat murah hati.
2. Kedua: ‘manipulatif’, mencari perhatian, tidak memilih-milih dalam hal
bersosial, suka menuntut, mudah terluka, tidak memikirkan yang lain, dan
dependen.
3. Ketiga adalah: aspek ‘fungsi ego’: impulsif, mudah bosan, jarang tepat
waktu, dan sulit untuk dipercaya
 • Pada populasi umum menunjukkan
Epidemiologi prevalensi sekitar 2 hingga 3%
• Sering dijumpai pada perempuan daripada
pada laki-laki
• Gangguan yang paling sering menyertainya
ialah gangguan kepribadian narsisistik,
ambang, anti-sosial dan dependen

Adapun berdasarkan PPDGJ-III, diagnosis gangguan kepribadian histrionik
dapat mengikuti pedoman berikut:

 Gangguan kepribadian dengan ciri-ciri:

a.Ekspresi emosi yang dibuat-buat (self dramatization) seperti bersandiwara

(theariticality) yang dibesar-besarkan (exaggerated)
b.Bersifat sugestif, mudah dipengaruhi oleh orang lain atau oleh keadaan
c.Keadaan afektif yang dangkal dan labil
d.Terus-menerus mencari kegairahan (excitement). Penghargaan (appreation)
dari orang lain, dan aktivitas dimana pasien menjadi pusat perhatian
e.Penampilan atau perilaku ”merangsang” (seductive) yang tidak memadai
f.Terlalu peduli dengan daya tarik fisik

 Untuk diagnosis dibutuhkan paling sedikit 3 dari diatas.

 
TATALAKSANA
Cara utama menangani gangguan
kepribadian  melalui terapi psikologis
atau kejiwaan dibawah bimbingan psikiater
 tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan
pasien dalam mengendalikan emosi serta
pikirannya secara lebih baik.
PSIKOTERAPI

Antidepresan untuk depresi (Imipramine, Clomipramine,
Maprotiline, Amitriptiline), obat antiansietas untuk
kecemasan (Diazepam, Lorazepam,
Clobazam,Alprazolam), dan obat antipsikotik untuk
derealisasi dan ilusi (Chlorpromazine, Haloperidol)

luas, baik dari segi penampilan fisiknya dan juga
prestasi-prestasi yang pernah diraihnya

kekuatan atau kekuasaan yang dimiliki
dan menonjol dari seorang Figure

daya tarik yang dimiliki figure tertentu 
dipandang dari segi fisik ataupun kharisma yang
dimiliki figure tersebut

 bahwa dia sama sekali tidak melakukan
KDRT kepada Heard dan malah sebaliknya.
Justru Heard yang melakukan KDRT
kepada Depp.

Johnny Depp mengundang Dr. Shannon Curry,

untuk evaluasi psikologis terhadap Heard selama
12 jam dan pemeriksaan langsung pada 2
kesempatan
 Curry bersaksi bahwa Heard memiliki gangguan kepribadian ambang
dan gangguan kepribadian histrionik. Heard mengatakan dia memiliki
gangguan stres pascatrauma.
Heard sangat peduli dengan citra, rentan terhadap kekejaman dan
menyalahkan orang lain, dan tidak dapat mengakui tanggung jawab
untuk melakukan sesuatu yang salah, ketidakstabilan emosi dan perilaku
mencari perhatian

Menurut dia, Heard cenderung menjadi reaktif,

dramatis, tidak menentu, dan tidak dapat diprediksi

● Sifat Nikita Mirzani yang blak-blakan dan
mencari sensasi dengan mengomentari urusan
orang lain. Karena pernyataan yang seringkali
negatif dan memojokkan orang lain
● Lontaran pedas itu ia beberkan lewat media
sosial hingga kepada awak wartawan.
Padahal, secara langsung Niki tidak terkait
langsung dengan selebriti yang sedang
hangat dibicarakan public tersebut.
Seorang psikolog bernama Joice Manurung
mengungkapkan bahwa kebiasaan Nikita Mirzani ini
bisa jadi disebabkan karena gangguan kejiwaan yang
disebut histrionik.

"Jadi orang-orang yang mengalami gangguan

perilaku histrionik ini punya kebutuhan besar
banget untuk dapat perhatian orang.
Kenapa? karena dia sendiri tidak menemukan
citra dirinya seperti apa,"
