CARA KERJA AUTOCLAVE

1. Bungkus alat yang akan di sterilkan dengan menggunakan kertas yang telah disterilkan dan beri
indikator tape
2. Sambungkan stecker pada stopkontak
3. Masukkan alat yang akan disterilkan ke dalam autoclave
4. Tutup autoclave dengan rapat dan kencangkan klep pengaman agar uap tidak keluar
5. Nyalakan autoclave, lalu atur timer minimal 15 menit dengan suhu 121°C
