1. What is design sprint?
2. Sprint master
3. Sprint planning
4. Design Sprint method teory
1. Monday : Understand & Define
2. Tuesday : Diverge
3. Wednesday : Decide
4. Thursday : Prototype
5. Friday : Validate
5. Case Study
• The most up-to-date version adalah the Design Sprint 2.0!
Dikembangkan oleh AJ&Smart pada Mei 2018 sebagai
semi-official version dari Sprint. Semi-official berarti versi
BLACK WHITEBOARD MARKERS
Anda akan menggunakan ini di papan
tulis dan untuk menulis di atas kertas.
Menggunakan spidol yang lebih tebal
TIME TIMER akan membuat ide Anda jelas dan mudah
• Anda membutuhkan setidaknya dibaca oleh orang lain.
satu Timer dengan Waktu 60
menit YELLOW STICKY NOTES, 3 X 5 INCH
Template Goal : “Our goal is to … in order to … for…”
1. SET-UP DIAGRAM
Buat sebuah grid sederhana dengan urutan langkah kronologis bagaimana caranya user anda mendapatkan tujuannnya
2. MAP EXPERIENCE
Buat swimlane yang menunjukkan aksi, tools, dan emotional state disetiap fasenya.
3. PAIN POINT
summarize the learning menggunakan metode HMW.
How: assumes
opportunities exist.
Might: says we
don’t have to find
something
We: is all about
doing this together
Stage 1.1 - 5m: Project vision/business goals.
Method: 360 Lightning talk

1. Lighting demos
2. Solution Sketch
5min. Method : Comparable solution in a
different problem space

App: Youtube (left) and Hipmunk (right)
1. Story board
2. Voted solution
3 min / person. Method : Art Musem
• Gantungkan sketsa seolah-
olah di galeri atau
museum.
• Kemudian izinkan setiap
orang 3 menit untuk
presentasikan sketsa solusi
mereka.
Stage 4.2 – 2 menit. Method : Heat map, zen voting, semua orang mendapat 3
Stage 4.4 – 2 menit. Method : Straw poll. Tanpa berbicara, setiap orang memilih ide favorit yang
digunakan menggunakan Dot besar
Stage 4.5 – 1 mnt.
Rumble or all-in-one
berbeda .
15 mnt. Method : Storyboard: Buat storyboard.
• Pilih adegan pembuka. Pikirkan bagaimana pelanggan biasanya menemukan produk atau layanan Anda. Buat
adegan pembuka Anda sederhana: penelusuran web, artikel majalah, rak toko, dll.
• Ikuti storyboard. Story final biasanya lima hingga
lima belas langkah.
Membuat prototype yang tampak
cukup real untuk di testing untuk
mentrigger reaksi dan feedback
1. Prototype
Output : Media Protorype :
Mocks • If your product is on a screen, try tools like Keynote or
Demos PowerPoint and InVision or Marvel.
Videos • If it’s on paper, design it with Keynote, PowerPoint, or Word.
Physical prototype • If it’s a service, use your sprint team as actors.
• If it’s a physical space, modify an existing space.
• If it’s an object, modify an existing object, 3D print a
prototype, or prototype the marketing.
10min. Demo using Keynote and Invision
Use your user’s key goals in stage 2 (put them into context
scenario) to do user testing:
• Challenge: The client would like to improve the online shopping experience in order to

are.
• Company: Bloom Box
• Role: Sprint team member | Visual Designer | Interviewer
• Duration: 5 days (August 2017)
• CONTRIBUTION
• Flowchart, Lightning Demos, Crazy 8s, Mind Mapping, Art Museum, Heat Maps,
