Dengan ini menyatakan janji dan komitmen dalam mematuhi protokol pencegahan Covid-19 masa
transisi menuju masyarakat sehat, aman dan produktif, menyatakan:
I, hereby state my pledge and commitment to comply with the Covid-19 prevention protocol in the
transition period toward a healthy, safe and productive society, in the following manner:
1. Bersedia mematuhi kebijakan dan operasional di tempat usaha beserta fasilitasnya untuk
melindungi kesehatan karyawan sesuai protokol pencegahan Covid-19.
Accept all government policies and operational Covid-19 Protocol in the company and its
facilities to protect employees’ health.
2. Bersedia akan mengambil tindakan untuk memastikan penerapan pembatasan fisik di tempat
usaha sesuai protokol penanganan Covid-19.
Willing to enforce and ensure implementation of physical restrictions in the business facilities
according to the Covid-19 handling protocol.
3. Bersedia akan mengambil tindakan untuk memastikan pengendalian infeksi di tempat usaha
sesuai protokol penanganan Covid-19.
Willing to ensure infection control in the business premises according to Covid-19 handling
protocol.
4. Bersedia menjalankan komunikasi dengan karyawan dan publik mengenai protokol pencegahan
Covid-19 di tempat usaha.
Willing to carry out communication to employees and the public regarding the Covid-19
prevention protocol at the business facilities.
5. Bersedia melakukan tindakan untuk memastikan akses yang adil ke layanan penting di tempat
usaha.
Willing to take action to ensure fair access to essential business services at the place of
business.
6. Bersedia mengikuti prosedur tracing contact atau penyelidikan epidemologi di tempat usaha.
Willing to follow the tracing contact procedure or epidemiological investigation in the
business facilities.

Apabila saya melanggar hal-hal yang telah saya nyatakan dalam Pakta Integritas ini saya bersedia
dikenakan sanksi sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.
If I violate anything that I stated in this Pact of Integrity, I am willing to be sanctioned in
accordance to the applicable laws and regulations.
