Pengetahuan:
1. Menguasai teori dan konsep tentang pemberdayaan
2. Menganalisis bagaimana melaksanakan pemberdayaan untuk membuat sesuatu mempunyai daya
atau mempunyai kekuatan.

memberi kekuasaan.
1. Meningkatkan pengetahuan menciptakan suasana yang memungkinkan mengembangkan potensi lingkunan
kerja, memperkuat potensi yang dimiliki lingkungan kerja melalui langkah-langkah nyata yang menyangkut
penyediaan berbagai input dan pembukaan dalam berbagai peluang yang akan membuat lingkungan kerja
semakin berdaya, melindungi dan membela lingkungan kerjanya
2. Mahasiswa mampu menelaah lingkugan kerja meliputi pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia,
keuangan, bahan baku kerja, peralatan mesin, metode atau prosedur kerja organisasi, dan
informasi.
3. Mahasiswa mmehami tahapan pembedayaan persiapan, pengkajian/ asessment, perencanaan
alternatif program atasi kegiatan, memformalisasikan rencana aksi, pelaksanaan iniplementasi
program atau kegiatan dan melaksanakan evaluasi.
Keterampilan Khusus:
1. mengaplikasikan langkah pembedayaan pelayanan keperawatan dalam satu instalasi sesuai dengan tahapan dan
kajian situasi yang telah dipelajari.

Bahan Kajian:
Teori dan konsep tentang pemberdayaan, analisis bagaimana melaksanakan pemberdayaan untuk membuat
sesuatu mempunyai daya atau mempunyai kekuatan)analisis bagaimana menghasilkan i empowerment ,

iniplementasi program atau kegiatan dan melaksanakan evaluasi., pembedayaan pelayanan keperawatan dalam
satu instalasi sesuai dengan tahapan dan kajian situasi yang telah dipelajari. ,inisiasi hasil telaah menjadi suatu program
