ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan: Di era pandemi covid-19, tingkat stress pada anak sekolah dapat
terjadi karena anak bosan dengan tuntutan belajar serta banyaknya tugas yang
diberikan.
Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat stress pada
anak usia sekolah kelas 4, 5 dan 6 di SD Negeri 80 Halmahera Selatan.
Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain deskriptif-kuantitatif
dengan pendekatan survei analitik. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik
non probability sampling dengan pengambilan total sampling 93 responden.
Pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner skala guttman dan telah di uji validitas
dan reliabilitas.
Hasil: hasil penelitian di dapatkan dari 93 responden yang terdiri dari kelas 5
sebanyak 33 responden (33.5%), kelas 4 sebanyak 34 responden (36.6%) dan
kelas 6 yaitu 26 responden (28.0%). Berdasarkan jenis kelamin responden
terbanyak yaitu laki – laki sebanyak 52 orang (55.9%). Berdasarkan tingkat
stress ringan pada kelas 4 sebanyak 7 responden (20.58%) dan stress berat 27
responden (79.41%), sebanyak 7 responden (21.21%) yang mengalami stress
ringan di kelas 5 dan 26 responden (78.78%) yang mengalami stress berat, kelas
6 yang mengalami stress ringan sebanyak 3 responden (11.53%) dan stress berat
23 responden (88.46%) dari jumlah siswa yaitu 26 responden.
Kesimpulan: berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa
tingkatan stress yang terjadi pada siswa dikarenakan mereka merasa bosan
mendengarkan orang tua yang selalu menyuruh belajar serta banyak siswa yang
mengharapkan di berlakukannya kembali pembelajaran tatap muka untuk
mengurangi stress yang dirasakan oleh siswa.
ABSTRACT
Preliminary: In the era of the COVID-19 pandemic, stress levels for school
children can occur because children are bored with the demands of learning and
the many tasks they are given.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the level of stress in school-
age children in grades 4, 5 and 6 at SD Negeri 80 South Halmahera.
Method: The research design used is descriptive-quantitative design with an
analytical survey approach. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique
with a total sampling of 93 respondents. Collecting data with a Guttman scale
questionnaire and has been tested for validity and reliability.
Results: The results of the study were obtained from 93 respondents consisting
of 33 respondents in class 5 (33.5%), class 4 with 34 respondents (36.6%) and
class 6 with 26 respondents (28.0%). Based on the gender of the respondents, the
majority were male as many as 52 people (55.9%). Based on the level of mild
stress in grade 4 as many as 7 respondents (20.58%), and severe stress 27
respondents (79.41%), as many as 7 respondents (21.21%) who experienced mild
stress in grade 5 and 26 respondents (78.78%) who experienced severe stress, 6th
graders who experienced mild stress were 3 respondents (11.53 %) and 23
respondents (88.46%) severe stress from the total number of students were 26
respondents.
Conclusion: Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that
the level of stress that occurs in students is because they feel bored listening to
parents who always tell them to study and many students expect face-to-face
learning to be implemented again to reduce the stress felt by students.
