Add coconut milk, mix well. Leave it for 30 minutes
Heat the pukis mold over medium heat, polish it with a little margarine
Pour the pukis cake batter into the mold hole until it's almost full
Sprinkle grated cheese and meses according to taste, close the mold until it expands

CARA MEMBUAT BOBA TEA
Bahan-Bahan ;
Bahan boba :
250 ml air
200 g gula aren
300 g tepung tapioka
250 ml air dingin, untuk mendinginkan boba
Cara Membuat :
Panaskan air dan gula aren sambil diaduk hingga gula larut.
Masukkan tepung tapioka, aduk terus hingga menjadi adonan.
Ulet adonan sambil memberi sedikit tambahan tepung tapioka hingga kalis dan licin.
Pilin adonan dengan bentuk memanjang berdiameter 1 cm. Potong-potong
sepanjang 1 cm. Bulatkan hingga menyerupai kelereng.
Taburi adonan boba dengan tepung tapioka sebelum direbus agar tak saling
menempel.
Panaskan air di dalam panci, masukkan boba. Rebus hingga kenyal dan mengilap.
Angkat.
Saring boba, masukkan ke dalam air dingin. Aduk sebentar dan sisihkan.
Tuang 4 bungkus SariWangi Teh Tarik ke gelas, tambahkan air panas, aduk rata.
Ambil gelas saji. Masukkan 2 sendok makan boba, tambahkan es batu. Tuangkan
SariWangi Teh Tarik perlahan ke gelas. Sajikan.
HOW TO MAKE BOBA TEA
Ingredients
Boba material :
250 ml of water
200 g palm sugar
300 g tapioca flour
250 ml of cold water, to cool the boba
How to make :
Heat the water and palm sugar while stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Add tapioca flour, stir continuously until it becomes a dough.
Knead the dough while adding a little tapioca flour until it is smooth and
slippery.
Roll the dough into an elongated shape with a diameter of 1 cm. Cut into 1
cm long. Round it like a marble.
Sprinkle the boba dough with tapioca flour before boiling so it doesn't stick
together.
Heat water in a saucepan, add boba. Boil until chewy and shiny. Lift.
Strain the boba, put it in cold water. Stir briefly and set aside.
Pour 4 packs of SariWangi Teh Tarik into a glass, add hot water, mix well.
Take a serving glass. Add 2 tablespoons of boba, add ice cubes. Pour the
SariWangi Teh Pull slowly into the glass. Serve.
