A. Latar Belakang
Critical journal review adalah penganalisisan, penilaian, dan pengevaluasian
mengenai keunggulan & kelemahan jurnal, bagaimana isi artikel tersebut bisa
mempengaruhi caraberpikir kita & menambah pemahaman kita. Melalui critical
jurnal review kita mengujipikiran pengarang/ penulis berdasarkan sudut pandang
kita berdasarkan pengetahuan &pengalaman yang kita miliki. Critical Journal
Review (CJR) sangat penting bagi kalanganpendidikan buat mahasiswa maupun
mahasiswi karena mengkritik suatumaka mahasiswa/mahasiswi ataupun jurnal si
pengkritik dapat mereview satu jurnal dan dapat melihat mana jurnal yang perlu
diperbaiki dan mana jurnal yang sudah baik untuk digunakan berdasarkan dari
penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh penulis jurnal tersebut,setelah mengkritik
jurnal maka diharapkan mahasiswa/mahasiswi dapat membuatsuatu jurnal
karena sudah mengetahui bagaimana kriteria jurnal yang baik dan benar untuk
digunakan dan sudah mengerti bagaimana cara menulis atau langkah-langkah apa
saja yangdiperlukan dalam penulisan jurnal tersebut.

PENDAHULUAN
JURNAL PERTAMA
Praktik model kepemimpinan yang ditemui sekarang ini berbasis pada model-
model yang berasal dari Amerika Serikat, Jepang dan Eropa. Hal ini menimbulkan
kesan bahwa masyarakat Indonesia tidak mempunyai model untuk menata atau
memimpin suatu organisasi kelembagaan. Padahal jika dikaji secara mendalam,
kearifan lokal yang ada banyak mengajarkan mengenai model kepemimpinan.
Berbagai peribahasa yang tersebar di berbagai masyarakat Indonesia seperti di
Sumatra Barat, Yogyakarta, Sulawesi Selatan dan Kalimantan Selatan
mengandung berbagai model kepemimpinan yang dapat juga digunakan untuk
penataan organisasi modern. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan penghargaan terhadap
model kepemipinan yang terdapat dalam berbagai peribahasa di Indonesia telah
menyebabkan beberapa dampak buruk pada berbagai organisasi pemerintah dan
swasta. Hal ini terlihat dari munculnya berbagai konflik yang terjadi seperti konflik
buruh dengan majikan yang berujung pada pemogokan, maraknya tindak korupsi
yang menghancurkan sendi-sendi etika dan moral, Pengelapan pajak dan
maraknya penyalahgunaan kekuasaan di berbagai badan publik, seperti Bank
Indonesia Kepolisian, Kejaksaan, Kehakiman dan DPR juga mudah ditemukan.
Akibatnya konflik antar kepentingan, kasus korupsi dan kemiskinan menjadi
pemandangan yang dengan mudah didapatkan pada tayangan berbagai media.
Hal ini juga berkaitan dengan jati diri bangsa Indonesia yang belum memiliki
model kepemimpinan yang berakar pada budaya Indonesia sendiri, sehingga
menyebabkan munculnya syndrome inferior (merasa rendah diri) di kalangan
pengambil keputusan dan hilangnya kepercayaan pada budaya asli yang pada
akhirnya menyebabkan terkikisnya jati diri bangsa. Salah satu langkah upaya agar
jati diri bangsa tidak terkikis dirasakan perlu menggali sumber-sumber kearifan
lokal.
Dalam melakukan analisis, makalah ini menggunakan beberapa teori yang terkait
dengan kepemimpinan dan analisis wacana. Robert Hellar (1999) mencatat hal
penting untuk menciptakan kepemimpinan yang efektif yaitu:

The leadership of the sub-district head who does not lie can be seen from the

Number 2 116 Elfira, 2013: 22) that government leaders who are said to be able
to improve the country are those who have honest thoughts. Even the camat
leadership in applying the values of alempureng (honesty) must be sincere in
every work he does. Where in carrying out an action the sub-district head in his
leadership acts from the bottom of his heart, not solely because of work
demands. Included in this is in achieving the targets of the Tamalanrea District
itself. In this case, the Camat Tamalanrea in carrying out his leadership has not
been sincere enough. This is indicated by what is done only because the
achievement of the target is not sincere in serving the community. The camat
leadership must also pay attention to the value of amaccang (scholarship) as the
value of local wisdom that must be adhered to. This can be judged from the
sincerity of a leader. Sincerity is needed by a sub-district head in carrying out his
leadership. Sincere leadership of the camat indicates that the sub-district is the
acca leader. A sincere sub-district head will certainly think positively about what
often happens in his work environment. Sincere sub-district leadership is able to
learn lessons from a problem that occurs so as to be able to fix it so that it
becomes better and as a preventive measure so that the same problem does not
happen again.
Sincerity in the leadership of the sub-district head can also be seen from the
aspect of how the sub-district head responds to the targets of the organization
that have not been achieved. Sub-district leadership who is sincere towards
organizational targets that have not been achieved will certainly bring benefits to
the development of ways to achieve these targets. Instead of acting rashly in
achieving these targets.
The Camat Tamalanrea in carrying out his leadership tries to be realistic about the
targets of the organization that have not been realized. In addition to being aware
of the fact that the target has not been realized properly, the Camat Tamalanrea
shows an acca attitude by remaining patient and motivating his employees while
maintaining the quality of their performance. This is also what the author found
as a result in the field where the Camat Tamalanrea in his leadership routinely
conveys evaluations related to the achievement of organizational performance
results at every routine apple on Monday. The camat leadership that is acca is a
reflection of a leader who is able to solve problems that always occur in the
organization. Camats who acca include in carrying out their leadership must be
able to have a quick response in dealing with problems that occur. The Camat
Tamalanrea in his leadership when he found a problem then immediately held a
deliberation in the meeting to mediate between the disputing parties so that the
problem could be resolved as quickly as possible. Facts within the Tamalanrea
District Office also show that the Tamalanrea Camat immediately responds to
problems by acting quickly due to disputes in their environment. Prudence is an
important attitude for the camat leadership in carrying out the values of
amaccang (scholarship). Careful performance of the camat leadership will also be
able to build strategic steps that are considerate in anticipating possible problems
that will arise. The leadership of the Camat Tamalanrea avoids rash actions that
will only harm themselves and the interests of the organization. Prior to
implementing the decision, it is reviewed carefully so that its strengths and
weaknesses can be seen. This then becomes the basis for consideration of the
analysis of the extent to which the decision will be implemented by the Camat
Tamalanrea in carrying out his leadership. Observations in the field also show this
fact where the Camat Tamalanrea carefully examines what his decision will be.
