Tujuan Pembelajaran
Setelah mempelajari materi ini, Anda diharapkan dapat melakukan penerapan
Evidence Based Practice dalam asuhan kebidanan. Secara khusus, Anda diharapkan
dapat:
1. Merumuskan pertanyaan klinik dengan format PICO/ PICOT.
2. Mencari dan mengumpulkan bukti-bukti (artikel penelititan) yang paling relevan
dengan PICO/PICOT.
3. Melakukan penilaian kritis (critical appraisal) terhadap bukti-bukti (artikel
penelititan).

Ringkasan
Penarapan Evidence Based Practice dalam Asuhan Kebidanan terdiri atas:
asuhan masa pra natal/ kehamilan, intra natal/ persalinan, post natal/ nifas, bayi baru
lahir, bayi-balita sehat, dan wanita usia subur pengguna kontrasepsi dan masa
perimenopause. Secara umum, penerapan evidence based practice dalam asuhan
kebidanan ini berupa penerapan pada pengunaan obat dan vaksin, penggunaan alat-
alat diagnostik, prosedur tindakan, dan sistem (sistem penatalaksanaan, sistem operasi
pendukung layanan, program berkelanjutan, dll).
