ABSTRAK

Penyebab kematian terbesar ibu di Indonesia adalah karena adanya komplikasi

dalam kehamilan, salah satu komplikasi tersebut yaitu perdarahan pada hamil lanjut
yang disebabkan oleh plasenta previa. Plasenta previa adalah kondisi plasenta yang
berimplantasi secara abnormal pada segmen bawah rahim atau menutupi sebagian
atau seluruh ostium uteri yang apabila masalah ini tidak ditangani secara cepat maka
komplikasi yang dapat terjadi pada ibu yaitu syok karena perdarahan tersebut dan
pada janin bisa terjadi asfiksia berat. Pada kasus seperti plasenta menutupi jalan lahir
atau plasenta previa totalis bila dipaksakan untuk melahirkan secara normal, sangat
berisiko menyebabkan perdarahan pasca bersalin. Dengan kondisi kehamilan cukup
bulan ibu hamil akan dilakukan operasi Sectio Caesarea yang mengakibatkan
kecemasan pre operasi pada ibu hamil yang memikirkan keberhasilan operasi maupun
kondisi janinnya.
Praktek klinik peminatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan terlaksananya Asuhan
Keperawatan Kegawatdaruratan dan Kekritisan Peminatan di Instalasi Gawat Darurat
Obstetri dan Ginekologi RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado, dengan metode
desktiptif bentuk studi kasus terhadap Empat pasien dengan Plasenta Previa yang
mengalami kecemasan pre operasi section caesarea yang dilakukan sesuai dengan
SDKI, SLKI dan SIKI serta teknik non-farmakologis dengan Teknik Relaksasi
Benson sesuai dengan EBN dari jurnal “The Anxiety Level of Mother Presectio
Caesar with Benson’s Relaxation Therapy”.
Kesimpulan dari asuhan keperawatan ini yaitu berdasarkan Evidence Based
Nursing (EBN) dengan pemberian Teknik Relaksasi Benson, mendapatkan hasil yang
signifikan untuk menurunkan kecemasan klien Ny. N.M yang telah dibuktikan
dengan artikel penelitian. Saran diharapkan Teknik Relaksasi Benson dapat dilakukan
pada saat post operasi karena dapat membantu menurunkan nyeri pasca melahirkan.

ABSTRACT

The biggest cause of maternal death in Indonesia is due to complications in

pregnancy, one of which is bleeding in late pregnancy caused by placenta previa.
Placenta previa is a condition where the placenta implants abnormally in the lower
uterine segment or covers part or all of the uterine os, which if this problem is not
treated quickly, complications that can occur in the mother are shock due to the
bleeding and severe asphyxia can occur in the fetus. In cases such as the placenta
blocking the birth canal or placenta previa totalis when forced to give birth normally,
it is very risky to cause postpartum hemorrhage.
This specialization clinical practice is carried out with the aim of
implementing Emergency Nursing and Specialization Critical Care in the Obstetrics
and Gynecology Emergency Room RSUP. Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado, with a
descriptive method in the form of a case study on Four patients with Placenta Previa
who experienced preoperative cesarean section anxiety which was carried out
according to the SSDKI, SLKI and SIKI as well as non-pharmacological techniques
with the Benson’s Relaxation Technique according to the EBN from the journal "The
Anxiety Level of Mother Presectio Caesar with Benson's Relaxation Therapy”.
The conclusion of this nursing care that is based on Evidence Based Nursing
(EBN) with the provision of the Benson’s Relaxation Technique, got significant
results to reduce the anxiety of Mrs. N.M. which has been proven by research articles.
The suggestion is that the Benson’s Relaxation Technique can be used
postoperatively because it can help reduce postpartum pain.
