Kesiapaan Pendanaan
Pendanaan untuk tujuan

menjamin bahwa pendanaan tersebut
tidak:
a. berasal dari pinjaman atau
fasilitas pembiayaan dalam
bentuk apapun dari bank dan
atau pihak lain di Indonesia;
b. berasal dari dan untuk tujuan
pencucian uang sebagaimana
diatur dalam Undang- Undang
No.8 Tahun 2010 tentang
Pencegahan dan
Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana
