Ingredients

 4 red potatoes
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 1 onion, chopped
 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
 2 tablespoons olive oil
 1 teaspoon salt
 3/4 teaspoon paprika
 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Equipment

 Large skillet

Steps

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender
but still firm, about 15 minutes.

2. Drain the potatoes and cut them into 1/2 inch cubes when they are already
cool.

3. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium high heat. Add
onion and green pepper. Cook about 5 minutes stirring often, until soft. Transfer
to a plate and set aside.

4. Pour remaining 2 tablespoons of oil into the skillet and turn heat to medium-
high.

5. Add potato cubes, salt, paprika and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally,
until potatoes are browned about 10 minutes.

6. Stir in the onions, green peppers and parsley and cook for another minute.
Serve hot.

2. Ingredients/Materials -> Materials merupakan struktur teks prosedur yang menjelaskan alat
dan bahan yang dibutuhkan.
3. Steps -> Steps berisi tentang langkah-langkah atau instruksi dalam membuat atau melakukan
sesuatu.

b. Fungsi Sosial Teks Procedure:

To do something or show the instruction to people in daily life.

b. Menggunakan Simple Present Tense

Contoh: Add 3 onions and mix it well.
d. Menggunakan Kata Penghubung (Connectives)
Contoh: Firstly, secondly, then, after that, dan finally.
e. Menggunakan Kata Keterangan (Adverb)
Kata keterangan (adverb) digunakan untuk memberikan keterangan waktu. Ada 2
jenis kata keterangan atau adverbs yang digunakan dalam procedure text, yaitu:
1). Adverb of time atau kata keterangan waktu yang menandakan berapa lama kita
harus melakukan sesuatu. Contoh: in 10 minutes, for 1 hour.
2). Adverb of manner atau keterangan cara bagaimana melakukan sesuatu. Contoh:
slowly, well, evenly.

G. Metode Pembelajaran

Scientific Approach (pendekatan secara ilmiah, dimana siswa dibiasakan untuk secara aktifuntuk
mengembangkan keterampilan mengamati, mengklasifikasi, mengukur, meramalkan,
menjelaskan, dan menyimpulkan).
H. Langkah-langkah Kegiatan Pembelajaran
1). Kegiatan - Guru memberikan salam dan
Pendahuluan (Opening) sapa kepada peserta didik.
- Guru mengecek kehadiran

didik untuk memimpin berdoa
sebelum memulai kegiatan

2). Kegiatan Inti - Guru bertanya kepada siswa

Note: Guru hanya memberikan instruksi


singkat terkait tugas individu nya. Bagi
siswa yang bisa menyelesaikan soalnya
sebelum waktu belajar selesai maka dia
akan mendapatkan reward dari guru.
3). Kegiatan Penutup - Sebelum mengakhiri pembelajaran, guru
(Closing) bertanya kepada siswa jika ada yang belum
jelas terkait instruksi tugas individu.
- Guru memberikan kesimpulan atau review
secara singkat yang didiskusikan bersama
siswa terkait materi atau kegiatan apa saja 5 menit
yang telah dibahas pada hari tersebut.
- Guru menjelaskan rencana kegiatan

SAUCE)

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 cup 1" cut long beans
- 1 bunch swamp cabbage cut up
- 2 cup beansprouts
- a few lettuce leaves
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cooked cubed soya bean cake
- 1 medium size boiled potato cubed
- 1 sliced hard-boiled egg
- 2 tablespoons fried onion shrimp crackers

SAUCE:
- 1 cup fried peanut
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon shrimp
- 2 red chilies
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon tamarind
- 1 lemon salt to taste water, depending on desired thickness

UTENSILS:
- pot
- colander
- mortar and pestle
- serving dish

PREPARATION:
1. Boil separately the cabbage, long beans, swamp cabbage and beansprouts than
put aside.

2. Pound the fried peanut into a fine powder. Using the mortar and pestle, crush
the garlic, shrimp paste, chilies, brown sugar, tamarind into a paste adding a
little salt.
3. Mix the peanut and the paste together and add the water to desired thickness.
4. Squeeze the lemon into the sauce.

PRESENTATION:
1. On a serving dish spread the vegetables out. Put the cabbage first, round the
edge with lettuce, and then put the cucumber slices on top of the lettuce. In the
centre put the others vegetables, the soya bean, potato, garnish with the sliced
egg.
2. Pour the sauce over all this, and garnish with fried onion and shrimp crackers.
