Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Ibu Post Partum Hari Ke-0 Dengan Hemoragic
Post Partum Di Ruang Cut Nyak Dien Rsud Sekarwangi Kabupaten
Sukabumi

Berdasarkan Data Survey Demografi dan Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI)

tahun 2021 terdapat 6.856 jumlah kematian ibu yang di sebabkan karena
pendarahan post partum. Tujuannya untuk melakukan Asuhan Keperawatan Pada
Ibu Post Partum Hari Ke-0 Dengan Hemoragic Post Partum Di Ruang Cut Nyak
Dien Rsud Sekarwangi Kabupaten Sukabumi
Post Partum yaitu dimulai sejak 2 jam setelah lahirnya plasenta sampai
dengan 6 minggu atau 42 hari setelah itu adapun Perdarahan post partum adalah
perdarahan pervaginam 500 cc atau lebih setelah kala III selesai setelah plasenta
lahir. Desain studi kasus deskriptif yang dipilih untuk study kasus yang di
laksanakan. Rancangan yang di gunakan adalah study kasus yang mengeksporasi
suatu masalah dengan Batasan terperinci.
Penulisan kasus ini menggunakan pendekatan deskritif dengan metode
study kasus untuk mengetahui Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Ibu Post Partum Hari
Ke-0 Dengan Hemoragic Post Partum Di Ruang Cut Nyak Dien Rsud Sekarwangi
Kabupaten Sukabumi dengan meliputi pengkajian,diagnosa keperawatan,
perencanaan,pelaksanaan sampai evaluasi.
Masalah yang ditemukan pada Ny.D yaitu nyeri akut b.d agen pencedera
fisik luka episiotomi post partum spontan,resiko infeksi b.d kerusakan integritas
kulit ,risiko infeksi b.d supresi respon inflamasi.dengan hasil pada Ny.D nyeri
berkurang,tidak terjadi infeksi.
Penulisan dapat menyimpulkan bahwa penulis mampu melaksanakan
asuhan keperawatan secara konferhensif. Bagi rumah sakit diharapkan hasil
laporan study kasus ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan masukan upaya
promotive,preventif dan kuratif oleh petugas Kesehatan di rumah sakit dalam
bidang promosi Kesehatan yang diperlukandalam melaksanakan praktik
keperawatan khususnya pada maternitas.

Nursing Care for Post Partum Mothers Day 0 with Post Partum Hemorrhagic
in the Cut Nyak Dien Room Sekarwangi Hospital, Sukabumi Regency

Based on the 2021 Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (SDKI)

data, there were 6,856 maternal deaths caused by postpartum hemorrhage. The
aim is to carry out Nursing Care for Post Partum Mothers Day 0 with Post
Partum Hemorrhage in the Cut Nyak Dien Room at Sekarwangi Hospital,
Sukabumi Regency
Postpartum, which begins 2 hours after the birth of the placenta up to 6
weeks or 42 days after that, post partum bleeding is vaginal bleeding of 500 cc or
more after the third stage is over after the placenta is born. The descriptive case
study design was chosen for the case study being carried out. The design used is a
case study that explores a problem with detailed boundaries.
This case writing uses a descriptive approach with the case study
method to determine Nursing Care for Postpartum Mothers Day 0 with Post
Partum Hemorrhage in the Cut Nyak Dien Room, Sekarwangi Hospital,
Sukabumi Regency which includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning,
implementation and evaluation.
Problems found in Mrs. D are acute pain related to physical injury
agents spontaneous post partum episiotomy wounds, risk of infection related to
damage to skin integrity, risk of infection related to suppression of inflammatory
response. The results in Mrs. D are reduced pain, no infection occurs.
Writing can conclude that the writer is able to carry out comprehensive
nursing care. For hospitals, it is hoped that the results of this case study report
can be used as input for promotive, preventive and curative efforts by health
workers in hospitals in the field of health promotion needed in implementing
nursing practice, especially in maternity.
