Gangguan Kepribadian Anankastik

“ Gangguan kepribadian anankastik adalah pola perilaku berupa preokupasi dengan keteraturan,
peraturan, perfeksionisme, bersifat ‘ngotot’, keras kepala, kontrol mental, mengenyampingkan :
fleksibilitas, keterbukaan, efisiensi ; sering pula tidak dapat mengambil keputusan. Bersifat
“
pervasif, awitan sejak dewasa muda, nyata dalam pelbagai konteks. Gambaran inti dari
kepribadian jenis ini adalah pola pervasif dari perfeksionisme dan bersifat kaku (tidak fleksibel).
 Epidemiologi

Prevalensi diperkirakan
sekitar 2,1% - 7,9% dari popul
asi manusia

dibandingkan pada perempuan, seringkali ditemukan pada

anak yang tertua. Banyak juga ditemukan dalam keluarga
derajat pertama. Seringkali dilatarbelakangi oleh pendidikan
yang berdisiplin keras semasa kecil
Etiologi
01 Faktor genetika
Kembar monozigot lebih besar angka kejadiannya dibanding
dengan kembar monozigot

02 Faktor tempramental
Faktor tempramental saat anak anak akan berhubungan
dengan gangguan kepribadian saat dewasa.

03 Faktor biologis
Hormon, neurotransmiter, elektrofisiologi

Faktor psikoanalitik
04 Sigmund Freud menyatakan bahwa sifat kepribadian berhubungan
dengan fiksasi pada salah satu perkembangan psikoseksual.

Anamnesis
Kriteria gangguan kepribadian menurut PPDGJ III

Kondisi tersebut tidak berkaitan langsung Pola perilaku abnormalnya bersifat

01 dengan kerusakan atau penyakit otak
berat (gross brain damage or disease)
atau gangguan jiwa yang lain;
Disharmoni sikap dan perilaku yang cukup
berat, biasany meliputi beberapa bidang
02 fungsi, misalnya afek, kesiagaan,
pengendalian impuls, cara memandang
dan berpikir, serta gaya yang berhubungan
dengan orang lain;
03 Pola perilaku abnormal berlangsung
lama, berjangka panjang, dan tidak
terbatas pada episode gangguan jiwa;
04 pervasif (mendalam) dan maladaptif
yang jelas terhadap berbagai
kehidupan pribadi dan sosial yang
luas;
Manifestasi di atas selalu muncul
05 pada masa kanak-kanak atau
remaja dan berlangsung hingga usia
dewasa
Gangguan ini menyebabkan penderi
taan pribadi (personal distress) yang
06 cukup berarti, tetapi baru menjadi
nyata setelah perjalanan yang lanjut;

Gangguan ini bisanya berkaitan secara bermakna dengan

07 masalah-masalah dalam pekerjaan dan kinerja sosial.
 Ciri ciri kepribadian Anankastik
Diagnosis kepribadian anankastik dapat di tegakan jika terdapan 3 gejala atau lebih dari ciri – ciri sbb:
