1. PENURUNAN THD ASPEK PENGUKURAN

DAN CAPAIAN KINERJA antara lain
disebabkan karena IKU hanya sebatas ada dan 20
diformalkan belum menjadi turunan kinerja CAPAIAN KINERJA PENGUKURAN KINERJA
sampai kepada level pelaksana;
SOP belum di review dan diupdate, pelaksanaan
SOP masih belum tertib dan disiplin.
Belum memiliki indikator TUJUAN dan PK 0
belum merepresentasikan IKU
CAPAIAN KINERJA lebih rendah dari Tahun
sebelumnya
