Kata paradigma berasal dari bahasa Inggris Thomas S. Khun dalam The Structure of Scientific
“paradigm” yang berarti model, pola, atau Revolution (1970). Paradigma adalah asumsi-asumsi dasar
contoh. Paradigma juga berarti suatu dan asumsi-asumsi teoritis yang umum (merupakan suatu
susunan sistem pemikiran, sudut pandang, sumber nilai) yang merupakan sumber hukum, metode serta
nilai-nilai, metode-metode, prinsip dasar, cara penerapan dalam ilmu pengetahuan sehingga sangat
atau cara pemec menentukan sifat, ciri, dan karakter ilmu pengetahuan
tersebut.
PENGERTIAN PANCASILA
SEBAGAI PARADIGMAPEMBANGUNAN
Pancasila merupakan jiwa bila ruh rakyat
Indonesia yang dijadikan sebagai landasan
1 dan pedoman hidup bangsa, maka
pembangunan nasional harus
mencerminkan nilai-nilai Pancasila, yakni :
• Nilai Ketuhanan
• Nilai Kemanusiaan

• Nilai Kerakyatan
• Nilai Keadilan
Dan pada dasarnya pembangunan
3 Nasional ditujukan untuk
meningkatkan kesejahteraan Rakyat
Indonesia
Dalam pembukaan Undang-undang Dasar 1945 dalam alinea ke-4
bahwa,

“Mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, menciptakan kesejahteraan


umum, melindungi seluruh tumpah darah Indonesia, dan membantu
melaksanakan ketertiban dunia dan perdamaian abadi“

Dalam hal ini, Pancasila sebagai landasan pembangunan yang ideal


karena nilai-nilainya sesuai dengan lingkungan sosial dan tujuan
bangsa Indonesia.
