Latar Belakang

General Affairs (GA) atau yang lebih dikenal dengan nama Bagian Umum
Perusahaan merupakan pelaksana operasional dari sebagian pekerjaan utama
departemen HRD. Tanpa tim GA yang kompeten, perusahaan sulit menghasilkan
kinerja yang optimal.

GA memiliki banyak varian tugas yang masing-masing memerlukan pengetahuan


dan keterampilan tersendiri seperti, electricity, perizinan, keamanan, building
maintenance, kendaraan,insurance, dampak limbah dll. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan
pelatihan untuk memenuhi syarat kompetensi bekerja di departemen GA.
Tujuan
Setelah pelatihan ini peserta diharapkan:
1.Memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab General Affair (GA) dalam perusahaan
2.Mampu memberikan layanan prima kepada semua pelanggan ( Internal & External )
3.Memahami dan menguasai semua bisnis proses GA
4.Mampu menganalisa kinerja GA serta menetapkan area yang masih memerlukan
peningkatan dalam perusahaan
5.Mampu menetapkan kompetensi minimal yang harus dimiliki oleh profesional

GA dan Executive Secretary dengan pengalaman lebih dari dua puluh tahun di berbagai
perusahaan asing dan lokal, diantaranya : PT Indokomas Buana Perkasa – Cegelec,
Société Auxiliaire d’Entreprises (SAE), dan UTA French Airlines

Saat ini selain sebagai profesional trainer dan konsultan pengembangan SDM di berbagai
