A. Moving punch
• Small size, light weight, easy standardization and less
manufacturing cost.
• Easily maintained.
• Suited for small sized products which have less tolerance in length
and width.
• Principal operation of a comprehensive blanking in one stroke.
B. Fixed punch
• Adequate for thick plates and materials having difficulties in
deformation.
• Effective for the processing of a product with a remarkable
difference between the center of a deformed piece and the applied
centered ram stroke.
• Proper for complicated-shape products which require a progressive
process for multi-forming at each press stroke to realize easy mass-
production
