1.1. PEKERJAAN FIRE STOP.

1.2. LINGKUP PEKERJAAN
Pekerjaan ini Meliputi Pengadaan Tenaga Kerja, Bahan Bahan dan Peralatan yang dibutuhkan untuk
melaksanakan pekerjaan tersebut diatas.

Pekerjaan ini Dilakasanakan Dengan Tempat yang Ditunjuk dalam Gambar Rencana dan Petunjuk
Pengawas.

Pekerjaan ini dilakasanakan untuk Fire Stop Shaft Mechanical Elektrical seperti yang ditnjukkan
dalam Gambar Rencana.

1.3. PERSYARATAN BAHAN

Fire Resistant Rating Harus Tahan Minimal 2 ( dua ) jam dari Api Serta Sesuai Britsh Standart dan
Independent Terkait. General Purpose untuk Type Coating on Mineral Fibre Harus Memenuhi Test
Standart ; BS 476, DIN 4120. Performance Criteria dan Test untuk Material Fire Stop Tersebut dimana
Disesuaikan dengan Persyaratan Sebagai Berikut :
 Bahan Dasar Material : Acrylic Polimer < 20 %, Mineral Fillers < 62 %, Water < 18 %.
 Aplikasi : Spray dan Kuas.
 Density : 120 kg / pail.
 Waktu Setting : 2 sampai 6 jam
 Packing : 25 kg / pail.
 Warna : Off White.
 Usage : Internal.
 Sertificate Fire Resistance ;
1) BS 476 : Part 20.
2) AS 1530 : Part 4.
3) PSB – Singapore.
 Toxicity : Non – toxic.
 Premeability : Impermeable to water and oil.
 Karakteristik : Tahan Api dan Asap.
 Lainnya : Tidak Menimbulkan Asap dan Racun Pada Saat Terbakar.

1.4. SYARAT – SYARAT PELAKSANAN

Fire Stop Material Harus Factory Premixed Dengan Formula tanpa Asbestos, Sudah jadi Dalam
Bentuk Pail, dan diperlukan Mixing hanya untuk di Lapangan dengan Kondisi Sebagai Berikut ;
Bahan Fire Stop ini di Formulasikan Secara Spray dan Kuas untuk Mencapai Rating yang
Maximal, Dibutuhkan Pengulangan Secara Berkala dalam Aplikasinya dan Dilakukan oleh Tenaga-
Tenaga yang Sudah Berpengalaman Dibidangnya.
Manufacturer yang Disetujui adalah Ex-PROMAT Product BULKHEAD SEALER SB 80
atau yang Setara dengan ketebalan 5,2 mm Berikut dengan Mineral Wool-nya. Untuk Fire Stop Rated
2 jam, dan jika dibutuhkan Fire Rated 4 jam di Aplikasikan 2 ( dua ) Layer / Permukaan atas dan
bawah.

Section 02250 : Cover On Ducting BJLS

Part 1 – GENERAL
1.1. GENERAL REQUIREMENT
Work of This Section Shall Comply With Requirement of The Contract Conditions,
General Supplementary, With Section of Division 1 – General Requirements.

1.2. SECTION SUMMARY

Work of This Section Included Labor, Equipment, Appliances, and Service Required to
Manufacture, Deliver, Furnish, and Install Fire Duct Type Board and Related Work,
Complete as Shown on Drawings, as Specifed Herein, and as Required by job
Conditions ;
i. Inspection and Preparation of Ducting.
ii. Cover on Fire Duct of Type Board Specified for Ducting BJLS.
1.3. FIRE RATED DUCT
Where Fire Rated Ducts are Specifed, use Proprietary Certified Duct Fire Rating
Systems Such as ;

 Calsium Silicate Fire Rated Board ; PROTEC Board, PROMAT –

PROMATECT, or Equal.
 Vermiculate Fire Rated Spray and Board ; Vermiduct Spray, PROMAT
Vicuclad, or Equal.
 Composite Fibre Cement Core, Galvanised Steel Skin Fire Rated Board ;
PROMAT – Promatect S, or Equal.
Duct Fire Resistance Rating ( FRR ) Shall Be No Less Than 2 ( two ) Hours The FRR
of The Fire Cell Served By The Duct Refer to Architectural Drawings for The Location
and Rating of Fire Rated Building Elements.
Fire Rating Systems Shall Be Certified Based on Tests Carried out By Brithis Standart /
BS 476 : Part 4, and DIN 4120 : Part 1. With Independent Laboratory Fire Resistance
Rating Test Prosedures.
Includ Fire Rating Materials That are Appropiate for The Application, With Due
Consideration of required FRR, Available Space Weight, Impact Resistance, Thermal
Insulation Properties, Resistance to Moisture and Other Applicable Contaminants, and
Cost. In Particular, Materials Used Within 2.4 m Above a trafficable Floor Shall Have
Inherently High Impact resistance, or be Protected By galvanis Steel Corner Sections or
Complette Metal Cladding as Appropriate.
