Pengaruh Pemberian Air Kelapa Hijau Terhadap Lama persalinan Kala II Pada Ibu
Bersalin Normal di RSI Sultan Hadlirin Jepara

ABSTRAK

Latar belakang: Persalinan lama menjadi salah satu penyebab angka kematian ibu. Angka
kejadian partus lama di RSI Sultan Hadlirin Jepara pada Tahun 2020 adalah sebanyak 398 kasus
dari 1190 kasus persalinan ( 33,4 % ). Bidan di RSI Sultan Hadlirin Jepara melakukan upaya
nonfarmakologi untuk mempercepat lama persalinan kala II dengan memberikan teh manis.
Partus lama dapat dicegah dengan cara nonfarmakologis dengan mengkonsumsi air kelapa
(hijau) muda pada ibu bersalin, sehingga dapat meminimalisir persalinan dengan tindakan.
Metode: , Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan
adalah post test two group with control design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu
bersalin normal di RSI Sultan Hadlirin Jepara sebanyak 67 orang. Sampel dari penelitian ini
setelah dihitung menggunakan rumus tersebut adalah 16 orang. Analisis data dilakukan uji T test
melalui Uji Paired T Test.
Hasil Lama persalinan kala II setelah diberikan air kelapa hijau rata-rata adalah 46,11 menit
dengan lama persalinan minimum 35 menit dan maksimum 65 menit. Lama persalinan kala II
setelah diberikan teh manis rata – rata adalah 65 menit dengan lama persalinan minimum 40
menit dan maksimum 90 menit. Ada pengaruh pemberian air kelapa hijau terhadap lamanya
persalinan kala II pada ibu bersalin normal di RSI Sultan Hadlirin Jepara.
Saran Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada bidan tentang upaya non
farmakologi yaitu pemberian air kelapa hijau terhadap lamanya persalinan kala II pada ibu
bersalin normal.

The Effect of Green Coconut Water on the Length of Second Stage of Labor in Normal
Maternity Mothers at Sultan Hadlirin Hospital, Jepara
ABSTRACT
Background: Long delivery is one of the causes of maternal mortality. The incidence of
prolonged labor at the Sultan Hadlirin Hospital Jepara in 2020 was 398 cases out of 1190 cases
of childbirth (33.4%). Midwives at RSI Sultan Hadlirin Jepara made non-pharmacological efforts
to speed up the duration of the second stage of labor by giving sweet tea.. Long parturition can
be prevented by non-pharmacological methods by consuming young (green) coconut water in
maternity mothers, so as to minimize labor by taking measures.
Methods: This research uses a quasi-experimental type of research. The design used is a post test
two group with control design. The population in this study were all mothers with normal
delivery at the Sultan Hadlirin Hospital Jepara as many as 67 people. The sample of this study
after being calculated using the formula is 16 people. Data analysis was carried out by T test
through Paired T Test.
Results The second stage of labor after being given green coconut water on average was 46.11
minutes with a minimum duration of 35 minutes and a maximum of 65 minutes. The duration of
the second stage of labor after sweet tea was given on average was 65 minutes with a minimum
labor duration of 40 minutes and a maximum of 90 minutes. There is an effect of giving green
coconut water on the duration of the second stage of labor in normal delivery mothers at Sultan
Hadlirin Hospital, Jepara.
Suggestions This research is expected to provide input to midwives about non-pharmacological
efforts, namely the provision of green coconut water on the duration of the second stage of labor
in normal delivery mothers.
