ABSTRAK
Penelitian yang dilakukan CDC terhadap pelajar SMA di AS tahun 2020 bahwa (38%)
remaja pernah melakukan hubungan seksual pranikah. Menurut Laporan Survey Demografi dan
Kesehatan Indonesia (SDKI) 2017 perilaku seksual pranikah memiliki konsekuensi terhadap
kesehatan yaitu penularan penyakit atau infeksi menular seksual dan kehamilan remaja yang
berdampak pada putusnya sekolah, sanksi sosial lainnya atau komplikasi kehamilan sehingga
masa nifas. hasil Riskesdas 2018 terdapat (3,3%) remaja usia 15-19 tahun mengidap AIDS.
Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan smartphone terhadap perilaku
seksual di SMK 2 Padang Tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian analitik dengan desain cross sectional .
Waktu penelitian bulan November 2021 - Agustus 2022 di SMK 2 Padang. Penelitian ini
menggunakan teknik Total Random Sampling, Populasi adalah seluruh siswa-siswi di SMK 2
Padang jumlah sampel berjumlah 94 orang. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner,
pengumpulan data primer dan teknik pengolahan data analisa univariat menggambarkan
distribusi frekuensi tiap variabel sedangkan bivariat menggunakan Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian
analisa univariat didapatkan lebih dari separuh remaja dengan penggunaan smartphone tinggi ,
dan lebih dari separuh perilaku seksual kurang aman . Hasil uji Chi-Square didapatkan p value
0,000 (p 0,05), ada hubungan penggunaan smartphone terhadap perilaku seksual pada remaja di
SMK 2 Padang Tahun 2022. Disarankan khususnya bagi sekolah agar dapat memberikan edukasi
mengenai penggunaan smartphone untuk menghindari perilaku seksual tidak aman pada remaja.

ABSTRACT

Research conducted by the CDC on high school students in the US in 2020 found that
(38%) of adolescents had had premarital sex. According to the 2017 Indonesian Demographic
and Health Survey (IDHS) Report, premarital sexual behavior has consequences on health,
namely the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases or infections and teenage pregnancies
that have an impact on dropping out of school, other social sanctions or pregnancy
complications resulting in the postpartum period. The results of Riskesdas 2018 showed that
(3.3%) adolescents aged 15-19 years had AIDS. The purpose of the study was to determine the
relationship between smartphone use and sexual behavior at SMK 2 Padang in 2022. This type
of research was analytic with a cross sectional design. The research time is November 2021 -
August 2022 at SMK 2 Padang. This study uses the Total Random Sampling technique. The
population is all students at SMK 2 Padang, the number of samples is 94 people. The instrument
used is a questionnaire, primary data collection and data processing techniques univariate
analysis describes the frequency distribution of each variable while bivariate using Chi-Square.
The results of univariate analysis showed that more than half of adolescents with high
smartphone use, and more than half of unsafe sexual behavior. The results of the Chi-Square test
obtained p value 0.000 (p 0.05), there is a relationship between smartphone use and sexual
behavior in adolescents at SMK 2 Padang in 2022. It is especially recommended for schools to
provide education about the use of smartphones to avoid unsafe sexual behavior in adolescents.
