Abstract : This study aims to explore strategies for developing the writing skills
of elementary school students in Indonesian language through participatory
learning. The research method uses citations from journals in Google Scholar
to support the analysis and research findings. The results of the journal
references collection show that participatory learning strategies are effective in
improving the writing skills of elementary school students in Indonesian
language. Students involved in participatory learning demonstrate improved
writing abilities, creativity, and confidence in expressing their ideas and
thoughts in Indonesian. The participatory approach provides opportunities for
students to actively participate in the classroom learning process, allowing
them to enhance their writing skills through interaction and collaboration with
teachers and classmates.
