1. Purpose 1. Tujuan

This procedure covers the requirements
associated with responsibility and
authority within the Company for
compliance with the Health, Safety and
Environment Legislation (HSE).
As the responsibilities for the compliance
are specifically applied to the Company,
the Managing Director is fully responsible
within PT. SERVOTECH INDONESIA.
In turn that responsibility flows down
through the management line to
responsible staffs/workers.
Prosedur ini mencakup persyaratan yang
berhubungan dengan tanggungjawab dan
wewenang diperusahaan untuk memenuhi
perundang-undangan Keselamatan, Kesehatan
Kerja dan Lingkungan (K3L).
Dikarenakan tanggungjawab pemenuhan
tersebut secara khusus ada pada Perusahaan,
maka Managing Direktur bertanggungjawab
penuh di PT. SERVOTECH INDONESIA.
Pada gilirannya tanggungjawab tersebut
mengalir kebawah melalui jalur manajemen
sampai pada ke staff pengawas yang
bersangkutan.

income and it will be formulated by
Company.

minyak di daratan atau lautan, workshop dan
gudang.
Oleh karena itu, organisasi keselamatan
merupakan organisasi fungsional yang bukan
struktural, dan menyangkut kehidupan atau
harkat manusia dan benda milik perusahaan.
Maka semua personil yang ditunjuk dan
ditugaskan menangani keselamatan berhak
mendapatkan kompensasi dalam
pendapatannya dan hal ini akan

The “HSE Affirmation Letter for Superior

annex 2) is meant to emphasize the
responsibility for HSE, which flows down
from Managing Director through the
manager line to relevant supervisory staff.
Each of these levels of management is
responsible for ensuring compliance with
all relevant legislation, regulations and
codes of practice and standards as
applicable.
Furthermore, each of these management
levels starting from Managing Director
until the first line supervisors shall
prepare/receive the “HSE Affirmation
Letter for Superior in PSI” as followings :
Surat “HSE Affirmation Letter for Superior in
PT. SERVOTECH INDONESIA” (lihat
lampiran 2) bertujuan untuk menekankan
tanggungjawab untuk HSE, yang mengalir ke
bawah dari Managing Direktur ke level
Manager sampai ke staff pengawas yang
bersangkutan.
Setiap tingkatan manajemen bertanggung-
jawab untuk menjamin pemenuhan dengan
perundang-undangan, aturan dan acuan
praktek yang relevan dan standar yang
berlaku.
Selanjutnya, setiap tingkatan menajemen
tersebut, mulai dari Managing Direktur sampai
kepada supervisor baris pertama harus
menyiapkan atau menerima “HSE Affirmation
Letter for Superior in PT. SERVOTECH
INDONESIA” sebagai berikut:
