Ground handling
Adalah jasa penanganan terhadap kebutuhan
maskapai penerbangan (airline) saat pesawat
berada di bandar udara, yang meliputi penanganan
terhadap penumpang, bagasi, cargo & mail, serta
terhadap pesawatnya juga terhadap awak pesawat.
(Penanganan Pre-Flight & Post-Flight)

- Apron
- Terminal Cargo (Pergudangan)

Penyelenggara BU /PM 55 Tahun 2015
• Penyelenggara bandar udara wajib memastikan semua
organisasi yang melakukan aktifitas di bandar udara telah
memenuhi persyaratan keselamatan penerbangan.
• Dalam memastikan pemenuhan persyaratan keselamatan,
penyelenggara bandar udara mewajibkan organisasi-organisasi
tersebut untuk melaksanakan safety management system (SMS).
• Penyelenggara bandar udara harus melakukan audit dan inspeksi
terhadap pelaksanaan SMS organisasi-organisasi tersebut.
• Hasil laporan audit atau inspeksi tersebut disampaikan ke
Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Udara.

1. Kontrak dengan Pelanggan/Maskapai Penerbangan
(Standard Ground Handling Agreement/SGHA).
2. Service Level Agreement/SLA
3. Permintaan pelayanan di luar dari SGHA, dengan
menggunakan Aircraft Handling Note/AHAN.

CHECK LIST OF RAMP CONDITION

1 Pre-flight brief conducted regarding flight requirement(s) and services as needed
2 Pre-arrival check parking position free of Foreign Object Damage (FOD), obstacles and/or
spillage
3 Sufficient personnel with PPE and necessary ground support equipment available and ready
4 All GSE and personnel positioned outside the aircraft clearance line
5 Ensure manpower correctly positioned for arrival
6 Ensure guidance system is activated and marshaller(s) correctly positioned as applicable
7 Personnel clear of the aircraft, until anti-collision lights have been switched off
8 Ensure aircraft chocked and coned appropriately
9 Ensure an arrival external check prior to approach of any ground support equipment
10 Ensure equipment properly positioned and operated (e.g. Guide rails)
11 Ensure cargo holds are offloaded and commodities correctly handled as required
12 Ensure all cargo holds fully offloaded and inspected for damage
13 Passenger Bridge and/or Steps set to correct height and all safety devices are installed
before opening cabin access doors
14 Aircraft cabin access door operation by authorized and qualified person
15 During passenger (dis)-embarkation, passenger movement protected and guided in
walkways between the aircraft and bus or terminal
16 Passenger walkways clean of obstacles and free of undesired contaminated substances

PENANGANAN BAGASI

• Lakukan baggage profiling untuk keamanan penerbangan
• Berikan tag pada bagasi sesuai dengan tujuan yang tertera
di tiket dan tempelkan potongan tag pada tiket
• Lepas tag baggage tags atau label yang lama
• Tolak bagasi yang tidak aman untuk dinaikkan ke pewawat.
• Perhatikkan baggage size, weight and quantity limit
• Lakukan baggage sweeping
• Senjata dalam bagasi yang didapati harus
dikeluarkan/diproses sebagai security item
• Berikan label heavy weight baggage terhadap bagasi yang
diatas 23 kg
