Kebersihan Rumah Sakit Dan Fasilitas Kesehatan memiliki pengaturan kebersihan dan perawatan
kesehatan dimana praktik pembersihan secara berkala dimonitor :
Lantai dan alas tidak bebas dari noda, debu yang terlihat, tumpahan dan goresan.
Dinding, langit-langit dan pintu bebas debu, tanah kotor, goresan, jaring laba-laba, dan sidik jari tangan.
Semua permukaan horisontal bebas dari debu atau goresan yang terlihat (termasuk furnitur, bingkai
jendela, lampu di atas kepala, telepon, bingkai foto, karpet, dll.)
Perlengkapan kamar mandi termasuk toilet, wastafel, bak mandi dan pancuran bebas dari goresan,
tanah, noda dan buih sabun.

Zona C:

Zona D:
Pasien yang sangat rentan (isolasi pelindung) atau area yang dilindungi seperti kamar operasi, ruang bersalin, unit perawatan intensif, unit bayi
prematur, departemen korban dan unit hemodialisis. Bersihkan menggunakan larutan deterjen / desinfektan dan peralatan pembersih terpisah.
Semua permukaan horisontal di zona B, C dan D, dan semua area toilet harus dibersihkan setiap hari.
