 PENDAHULUAN
Indonesia merupakan salah satu Negara yang kaya akan keanekaragamaan budaya. Salah satu produk budaya di Indonesia
yang yang berhubungan dengan kesehatan dapat berupa tanaman tradisional. Salah satu tumbuhan yang biasanya Dipakai
sebagai tanaman tradisional ialah Tumbuhan jambu biji (Psidium Guajava Linn). Daun jambu biji sering dipakai Masyarakat
untuk penyembuhan Alternative penyebab penyakit diare. Daun jambu (Psidium guajava Linn) berbentuk bundar panjang,
bundar langsing, Bundar oval dengan ujung tumpul atau Lancip, warna daunnya beragam seperti Hijau tua, hijau mudah,
hijau berbelang Kuning. Ataan daun itu halus mengilap dan Halus biasa, tata letak daun jambu biji Saling berhadapandan
tumbuh tunggal.

Panjang helai daun sekitar 5 – 15 cm, lebar 3 – 15 cm dan panjang tangkai jambu biji Berkisar 3-7 ml. (Siregar, 2019). Daun
jambu biji (Psidium Guajava Linn) Mengandung zat antibakteri yang bisa Menghambat perkembangan bakteri Escherichia coli
diantara ada Tanin, Flafonoid, Minyak atsiri (E Globulus) dan Alkaloid. Kandungan tannin pada daun Jambu biji (Psidium
Guajava Linn) dapat Menyempit jaringan dan dinding sel Sehingga menghalangi permeabilitas sel, Flavonoid dapat mengatur
tumbuhan dengan cahaya matahari buatan dengan melakukan uji antimikroba, flavonoid juga. Dapat mengakibatkan
berlangsungnya kemusnahan pertumbuhan dinding organ.Bakteri, mikroorganisme dan organel organ Sebagai hasil
berjalannya antara flavonoid Dan nukleotida bakteri (Wulandari, 2016).

dilakukan dengan metode granulasi basah.

 CARA KERJA
Dimasukan ekstrak kental daun jambubiji kedalam lumpang

Dimasukkan sedikit demi sedikit avicel PH 101 dan amilum jagung ke dalam lumpang yang telah
berisi ekstrak kental daun jambu biji hingga tercampur menjadi massa yang kompak dan dapat
dikepal

Diayak dengan menggunakan pengayak mesh 14, kemudian dikeringkan di dalam oven suhu 50°C
selama 16 jam. Granul yang telah kering disaring pada pengayak mesh 16 dan kemudian granul
kering ditimbang

Dimasukkan kedalam cangkang kapsul yang telah disediakan
