1. Fungsi Sosial
Simple Present Tense berfungsi untuk menyatakan tindakan/kejadian yang
merupakan rutinitas dan kebenaran umum terkait tingkah laku/tindakan/fungsi
orang, binatang, dan benda.
To show regular/frequent actions.
Examples:
Tina always goes to school by bus on weekdays.
I never watch horror movies.
Tommy often reads biographies of Indonesian heroes.
2. Struktur Teks
a. Positive:
Subject + Verb (s/es) + Object

3. Unsur Kebahasaan
Kalimat deklaratif dan interogatif dalam simple present tense
Action verb: go, do, teach, prepare, clean, wash, wake up, etc.
Adjective : beautiful, tall, short, large, powerful, big, thin, long, cute,
soft, fat, love, hate, etc.
Adverbs of frequency : always, often, sometimes, rarely, occasionally,
never, usually (go before the present simple verb)
Repeated times: every, at night, in the morning, in the summer
