6.9.1 Pengantar
Penjadwalan produksi adalah bagian yang sangat penting dari proses penambangan.
Ini akan ditunjukkan melalui z contoh sederhana. Mempertimbangkan properti yang
ditunjukkan pada gambar 6.28 di mana 10 bijih blok ditindih oleh 10 blok limbah.
Tingkat produksi 50 blok per tahun (terlepas dari apakah blok tersebut
adalah bijih atau limbah) akan diasumsikan. Penggemar nilai bersih blok bijih adalah
$ 2 dan biaya menghilangkan limbah adalah $ 1 / blok, total biaya yang terlibat dalam
pembuangan limbah akan menjadi $ 10 dan nilai bijih adalah $ 20.
Jika bijih dan limbah dapat ditambang secara instan, nilai sekarang bersih
adalah $ 10. Namun karena kendala prctical, mereka tidak bisa. Oleh karena itu
sejumlah skenario penjadwalan harus dipertimbangkan.

6.9.1 Introduction
Production scheduling is very important part of the mining process. This will be
demonstrated though z simple example. Condisider the property shown in figure 6,28
in which 10 ore blockd are overlain by 10 waste block.
A production rate of 50 block per year (irrespective of wheather the block are ore
or waste) will be assumed. The net value fan an ore block is $2 and the cost of
removing the waste is $1/block, the total cost involved in waste removal whould be
$10 and the ore value is $20.
If both ore and waste could be mined instantaneously, the net present value
whould be $10. however due prctical constrains, they cannot. Therefore a number of
scheduling scenarios must be considered.

Scenario 2 one year pre-stripping followed be both ore (3block/year) and wastre
(2block/year) mining
This alternative would requine miningn 5 block of waste in year 1 in years 2and 3
there blocks of ore would be mined for every two block of waste. The final year
would have 1 block of waste and 4 block of ore. The squencing is shown in figure
6.30
