KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (SMK3)

ADALAH :
Bagian dari sistem manajemen perusahaan secara
keseluruhan dalam pengendalian risiko yang berkaitan
dengan kegiatan kerja guna terciptanya tempat kerja
yang aman, efisien dan produktif.(PP 50 Tahun 2012 Pasal 1)
Arti Logo SMK3

1.5 Kelopak Tangan = 5 prinsip dasar SMK3, 1 kelopak tangan → goal


2.Logo K3 → filosofi K3 = diambil dari KONSIDERANS - pasal pasal

Pemikiran = konsepsi, desain → artinya sebelum dikerjakan

TUJUAN PENERAPAN SMK3
• Meningkatkan efektifitas perlindungan keselamatan dan
kesehatan kerja yang terencana, terukur, terstruktur dan
terintegrasi

• Mencegah dan mengurangi kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit


akibat kerja dengan melibatkan unsur manajemen,
pekerja/buruh, dan/atau serikat pekerja/serikat buruh

• Menciptakan tempat kerja yang aman, nyaman dan efisien


untuk mendorong produktivitas

Systems Approach
 Four elements common to general systems
theories are input, process, output and
feedback.
 Systems are also classed as being either open or
closed.
 Open systems interacts with the external environment
and is subject to external influences.
 Closed systems do not interact with the environment
and so their ability to adapt or respond to changing
internal conditions is limited.
