Barium Fllow through : terhenti di distal jejenum b. Proximal bezoar dilatasi dan bagian distal collaps
  c. Bezoar pada gaster  7 cm berupa rambut
A : Total Bowel Obstruction 5. Dilakukan :
P: a. Ileotomy + ekstraksi bezoar + repair ileum
• Pro cito laparotomi b. Gastrostomy + ekstraksi bezoar + repair gaster
• inj Bioxon 1,7 gr (pre op)
6. Cuci NS steril sampai bersih, dan dipasangkan Drainage
