Abstract
Coca-Cola is a carbonated soft drink sold in stores, restaurants and vending machines in more than
200 countries. More than 80 years ago, Coca-Cola was produced for the first time in Indonesia in 1932.
Since then, The Coca-Cola System has made an important contribution to the development of the
country - both as a provider of jobs, investors, or as members of the public care. Since 1992, Australia-
based Coca-Cola Amatil has acquired all Coca-Cola bottler companies in Indonesia, except the Bangun
Wenang Beverage Company (BWBC) located in Sulawesi. The results of this acquisition make the
bottlers become one company with the name of Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia. Officially Coca-Cola
Amatil Indonesia is divided into 2 legal entities, namely PT. Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia (CCBI) and
PT. Coca-Cola Distribution Indonesia (CCDI). Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia focuses on Our People,
Well Being, and Community.
