Rate of Return pada single project
• Rate of Return (RoR) is the rate of interest paid on the unpaid balance
of borrowed money or the rate of interest earned on the unrecovered
balance of an investment (loan) so that the final payment or receipt
brings the balance to zero with interest considered.

• 10% → – 6000 – 100 x 6,81369 + 21000 x 0,19784 = – 2526,73
• 20% → – 6000 – 100 x 4,77463 + 21000 x 0,04507 = – 5530,99
• Dari interpolasi diperoleh i = 6,86%
