Abstract
This research aims to investigate the impact of education, training, talent, and technology on
employee competence using a personality-based approach. The analytical method employed
in this study is grounded in previous literature, which is then reprocessed with a broader
perspective. The hope is that the findings of this research can provide a deeper understanding
of the factors influencing employee competence and offer valuable recommendations for
companies in designing more effective employee development strategies. This research is
anticipated to make a significant contribution to enriching the literature on human resource
development, particularly regarding the influence of education, training, talent, and
technology on employee competence through a personality-based approach. The results of
this study are expected to serve as a foundation for further research in this field and provide
practical benefits for companies in enhancing the quality of their human resources, thereby
contributing positively to human resource development across various industrial sectors.
