Density Lipoprotein) PADA AYAM BROILER JANTAN

ABSTRACT
The study is aimed at seeing how the addition of VCO flour to the pulp of broillaries can
affect both HDL blood fat and LDL levels in the blood of the male broiler. The chickens have
been kept for 14 days which are treated for 14 days. The powdered VCO husk mixed with
commercial food at 5%, 10%, and 15% concentrations and spectrophotometri measures. Each
treatment is grouped into four groups and six chickens, making it 24 male broillaries. Results
have shown that the treatment of VCO pulp flour can lower the fat levels in the chicken's blood
by the smallest concentration of 5%, 60.15 mg/DL for HDL and LDL 30.53 mg/DL of such
data are obtained from SPSS data processing (statistical program for social science). The
contents of VCO husk flour remaining in virgin coconut oil that condition can lower the blood
fat in the male broiler. Metabolism in the chicken's body is closely related to the effect of the
digestive tract.

Kadar HDL tertinggi pada perlakuan P0 tanpa ayam broiler.
