Peradangan pada kulit berupa
dermatitis residif kronik, disertai
rasa gatal, dan mengenai bagian
tubuh tertentu terutama di wajah
(fase infantil) & fleksural
ekstremitas (tipe anak)

ANAMNESIS
Seorang pasien 8 tahun datang diantar
ibunya ke poli kulit di Balai Kesehatan
Kulit Kelamin & Kosmetik dengan Nama : Tn. M
keluhan gatal pada seluruh badan Umur : 8 tahun
Jenis kelamin: Laki-laki
terutama saat berkeringat. Pasien
Alamat : Tamala’lang
mengeluh kulit kering dan terkelupas Pekerjaan: Pelajar
terutama di leher, wajah, lipatan siku,
dan lipatan lutut. Keluhan dialami sejak
1 tahun yang lalu. Gatal dirasakan saat
memberat saat malam hari. Ada riwayat
pemberian bedak salisil saat gatal.

Efloresensi:
Hiperkeratosis, makulopapular
hiperpigmentasi, ekskoriasi, krusta,
skuama
Lokasi:
Wajah, dada, perut, punggung,
ekstremitas

• Levocetirizine 5 mg 2x1/2 • Hindari faktor
• Metilprednisolon 4 mg 2x1 pencetus
• Noroid lotion
• Gentamicin + muficor

desoksimetason (wajah)
• Fucilex

DISKUSI
Pada kasus ini, diagnosis DA
ditegakkan berdasarkan anamnesis
dan pemeriksaan fisik. Dari hasil
anamnesis diketahui bahwa pasien
adalah laki-laki 8 tahun datang
dengan keluhan gatal pada seluruh
badan. Hal ini didukung oleh
literatur bahwa prevalensi DA
terjadi pada anak usia sekolah (7-
12 tahun), namun ada
kecenderungan lebih banyak terjadi 8
Pada pemeriksaan fisik didapatkan lesi
hiperkeratosis, krusta, ekskoriasi, papul,
skuama, dan hiperpigmentasi yang
ditemukan pada wajah, leher, dada,
punggung perut, lipatan siku, dan lipatan
lutut. Hal ini didukung literatur yang
menyatakan bahwa lesi DA fase anak
cenderung menjadi kronis, disertai
hiperkeratosis, hiperpigmentasi, erosi,
ekskoriasi, krusta, dan skuama yang
tempat predileksi terutama di fossa cubiti
dan poplitea, kelopak mata, leher yang
tersebar simetris
