 Definisi waham
Waham adalah keyakinan salah yang didasarkan oleh kesimpulan
yang salah tentang realita eksternal dan dipertahankan dengan kuat
(Keliat & Akemat, 2007; Sadock, 2010; SDKI,2016; Erawati, &
Moritz, 2017).waham dapat berupa waham kebesaran, curiga,
persekusi, somatik, dan kendali pikir.

Etiologi waham
1. Faktor Predisposisi
2. Faktor Presipitasi
a. Genetis: diturunkan, adanya abnormalitas
perkembangan sistem saraf yang berhubungan a. Proses pengolahan informasi yang berlebihan
dengan respon biologis yang maladaptif. b. Mekanisme penghantaran listrik yang abnormal.
b. Neurobiologis : adanya gangguan pada korteks pre

lain sebagainya yg tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan.

- Merasa diintai dan akan membahayakan dirinya.

Pengkajian (alasan masuk)
o Hal ini dialami OS sejak 3 bulan yang lalu, dan berkurang bila hanya minum obat, OS
mengeluh sulit tidur, perut sering kembung, keringat berlebihan, dan merasa tidak tenang
menjalani hidupnya. OS kecewa terhadap orang tua dan istrinya. Menurut OS dia yakin
bahwa dia orang kaya yang semuanya serba ada dan OS yakin bahwa dirinya dosen dan
manager perusahaan, anaknya sekolah di luar negeri, punya dokter pribadi. Namun setelah
dikonfirmasi kepada istrinya ternyata hal itu tidak benar, OS hanya tamatan SMA. Dan OS
yakin semua pembicaraan harus berbentuk wawasan ilmiah.

o OS sulit tidur dan sering merasa tidak tenang dalam menjalani kehidupannya, OS juga
merasa tidak bahagia semenjak berumah tangga dengan istri yang kedua ini. OS juga
merasa kecewa dengan ayahnya.
