 PENDAHULUAN
LATAR BELAKANG
Congestive Hearth Failure atau Gagal jantung kongestif adalah suatu kondisi
curah jantung tidak mencukupi kebutuhan metabolisme tubuh. Data WHO
menyatakan bahwa penyakit jantung membawa resiko kematian dini tertinggi,
menurut WHO angka kematian tertinggi penyakit tidak menular disebabkan oleh
penyakit kardiovaskular yaitu 208 ribu per 100 juta populasi dunia (WHO, 2022).

Prevalensi penyakit jantung sendiri di Indonesia berdasarkan diagnosa dokter pada

penduduk semua umur dan kategori yaitu sebesar 1,5% atau sekitar 1.017.290
penduduk. Angka kejadian penyakit jantung di Banten juga terbilang tinggi yaitu
1,4% sekitar 23.363 penduduk (Riskesdas, 2018).
Pasien gagal jantung sering mengalami gangguan fisik seperti sesak napas, mudah lelah, kebebasan
aktivitas berkurang, bengkak pada kaki (Selvia et al., 2022). Masalah ini disebabkan oleh ketidakpatuhan
pasien dalam self care management karena kurangnya pengetahuan pasien terhadap perawatan mandiri
(Sinurat Samfriati et al., 2021)

Self care management adalah kemampuan pasien jantung dalam mengatur diri sendiri atas penyakitnya,
Manajemen perawatan mandiri memiliki peran penting dalam keberhasilan pengobatan gagal jantung
yaitu mengurangi gejala gagal jantung, meningkatkan kualitas hidup, serta menurunkan morbiditas
(Ardiana & Andriyanto, 2021)

Dampak self care management yang tidak baik dapat menimbulkan masalah yang lebih komplek seperti
gagal jantung sistolik, aritmia, shok kardiogenik, bahkan kematian (Rahmawati et al., 2022).

Salah satu contoh upaya untuk mengatasi masalah diatas, juga untuk peningkatan kepatuhan dan
pengetahuan pasien terhadap self care management telah dilakukan penelitian di RSUD Siti Fatimah Az-
Zahra Sumatera Selatan dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan media leaflet didapatkan
hasil yang signifikan dengan nilai p value 0,000 < 0,05, artinya ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan melalui
media leaflet, manajemen kesehatan pasien gagal jantung kongestif (CHF) terhadap tingkat pengetahuan
pasien CHF (Anggraeni et al., 2022)
 Inovasi terbaru kolaborasi tim dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Faletehan untuk memodifikasi
pemberian edukasi pada pasien gagal jantung dengan pemanfaatan teknologi bidang kesehatan yang
berorientasi pada health coaching berbasis android yaitu membuat aplikasi bernama Cardicraf (Care
Digital For Congestive Heart Failure). Aplikasi ini telah memiliki hak cipta yang sah sehingga
penggunaan aplikasi ini bisa dipakai dan disebarkan kepada seluruh pasien yang membutuhkan.
Tujuan dibuatnya aplikasi ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien dalam melakukan
perawatan mandiri sehingga kualitas hidupnya bertambah baik (Rahmawati et al., 2022).

Hasil penelitian pemberian edukasi mengggunakan aplikasi Cardicraf yang dilakukan di RSUD dr.
Dradjat Prawiranegara Serang pada Januari-Februari 2022, didapatkan hasil uji statistic dengan
nilai p=0,000 pada alpha 0,05 artinya nilai p<alpha, dengan kata lain adanya pengaruh yang
signifikan pada pemberian edukasi berbasis digital (Cardicraf) terhadap tingkat kepatuhan self
care management pasien gagal jantung di Ruang Mawar RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara Serang

Hasil studi pendahuluan peneliti di Ruang Salak RSUD Adjidarmo

Rangkasbitung terhadap 5 pasien, dan mengatakan belum mengetahui
sama sekali tentang perawatan jantung mandiri sementara tiga pasien
lainnya sudah pernah mendapatkan perawatan jalan dengan penyakit ini
namun tetap kembali mengalami rehospitalisasi
 Justifikasi peneliti melakukan penelitian ini yaitu karena belum adanya
penelitian tentang pengaruh pemberian edukasi berbasis digital (Cardicraf) di
RSUD dr. Adjidarmo Rangkasbitung, penelitian ini melanjutkan penelitian
sebelumnya namun dengan desain penelitian yang berbeda. Berdasarkan latar
belakang yang telah diuraikan diatas, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan
penelitian

TUJUAN :
Untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian Edukasi Berbasis Digital
(Cardicraf) Terhadap Tingkat Kepatuhan Self care management
Pasien CHF di ruang Salak RSUD dr. Adjidarmo Rangkasbitung.
