ABSTRACT
Quality of laboratory test results can be enhanced by implementing quality control use
control materials. Control material is a material used to monitor the accuracy of an
examination. The use of waste liquid plasma UTD PMI Bantul can be considered as an
alternative material manufacture control. One of requirement for not manufacturers material
control is stable condition. To maintain the waste liquid plasma component UTD PMI to
remain stable, can be done by pickling. Preserving of liquid plasma waste can be monitored
by find influence of storage time on the liquid plasma temperature is -20C. One observed
effect level storage is in total cholesterol levels. The purpose of this study was to determine
that there is influence of storage time temperature of -20C in the waste liquid plasma total
cholesterol levels. The object of this research is a waste liquid plasma obtained from UTD
PMI Bantul. Data were analyzed descriptively in tables and graphs. Then the data were
statistically analyzed using atest One Way ANOVA on SPSS 17.0 forWindows. The Results:
average cholesterol levels between before storage and after storage increases. ANOVA test
results showed no effect of plasma liquid waste storage time UTD PMI Bantul temperature of
-20C to total cholesterol levels. Conclusion: there is the effect of storage time on the plasma
temperature is -20C liquid waste UTD PMI on total cholesterol levels in the form of the
average increase in total cholesterol levels after storage

pada suhu -20C.
Untuk mengetahui kenaikan rata-rata total maka dilakukan uji statistik yang
tersebut mempengaruhi kadar kolesterol hasilnya terlihat pada tabel 2.
