ABSTRAK
Pendahuluan: Henti jantung adalah suatu kondisi kegawatdaruratan yang dapat mengakibatkan
kematian jika tidak ditangani dengan segera. Pemberian video pelatihan RJP pada remaja
dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sehingga dapat memberikan pertolongan pertama
pada korban henti jantung di lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini
untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh pemberian video pelatihan RJP terhadap peningkatan
pengetahuan pada remaja. Metode: Desain penelitian ini menggunakan quasi eksmperiment
dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 44 orang dengan teknik
purposive sampling. Analisa data menggunakan uji statisktik Wilcoxon dengan nilai signifikan
p<0,05. Hasil: Hasil analisa uji statistik Wilcoxon dari variable tingkat pengetahuan dengan nilai p
= 0,000, sehingga H1 diterima. Didapatkan dari 44 responden sebelum diberikan video pelatihan
RJP sebagian besar 29 responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan cukup (65,9%) dan setelah
diberikan video pelatihan RJP seluruhnya 44 responden memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik
(100%). Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa video pelatihan resusitasi jantung paru
dapat mempengaruhi pengetahuan respoden. Saran: Diharapkan tim kesehatan dapat memberikan
video pelaihan RJP pada remaja sehingga mereka dapat memberikan pertolongan pertama dalam
membantu korban henti jantung.
ABSTRACT
Introduction: Cardiac arrest is an emergency ondition that can be result in death if it is not
treated immediately. The provision of CPR training videos for adolescent is required to
increase knowledges and attitudes, so that they can provide first aid for cardiac arrest
patients at school and community environment. The objective of this research was to
determine whether there was an influence of providing CPR training videos on increasing
knowledges and attitudes in adolescents . Objective: The objective of this research was to
determine whether there was an influence of providing CPR training videos on increasing
knowledges and attitudes in adolescents. Methods: This study design using quasi
eksperiment with one group pretest-posttest design. These samples included 44 peoples, by
using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using Wilcoxon statistical test with
significant value p<0.05. Results: Wilcoxon statistical test results from variable
knowledge level with a value of p = 0.000, so that H1 is accepted. Obtained from 44
respondents before being given RJP training video most of the 29 respondents had a
sufficient level of knowledge (65.9%) and after being given the RJP training video in total
44 respondents had a good level of knowledge (100%). Conclusion: The conclusion of this
study is that videos of pulmonary cardiac resuscitation training may affect respoden
knowledge. Suggestion: It is hoped that the health team can provide RJP surveillance
videos to teenagers so that they can provide first aid in helping cardiac arrest victims.
