1. Tujuan Pembelajaran
Pertemuan Keempat—Konsep [4 JP ] :
Setelah mengikuti serangkaian kegiatan pembelajaran tentang fungsi social, struktur teks dan unsur
kebahasaan teks interaksi transaksional yang melibatkan tindakan memberi dan meminta informasi terkait
penulisan laporan sederhana.:
Siswa mampu menjelaskan fungsi sosial teks interaksi transaksional teks interaksi transaksional yang
melibatkan tindakan memberi dan meminta informasi terkait penulisan laporan sederhana.
Siswa mampu merincikan struktur teks interaksi transaksional yang melibatkan tindakan memberi
dan meminta informasi terkait penulisan laporan sederhana.
Siswa mampu mengemukakan unsur kebahasaan teks interaksi transaksional yang melibatkan
tindakan memberi dan meminta informasi terkait penulisan laporan sederhana.

2. Langkah-Langkah Kegiatan Pembelajaran :


2.1 Pendahuluan (10 menit)

1. Salam dan tegur sapa, berdoa diterangkan hati, mensyukuri rahmat Allah SWT.
2. Apersepsi
a) Mempersiapkan peserta didik untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran seperti kelas yang
bersih/materi/bahan/buku pelajaran, absensi dan memastikan semua peserta didik
memakai masker.
b) Memotivasi siswa dengan menjelaskan manfaat pembelajaran hari ini.
c) Menyampaikan kompetensi dan tujuan pembelajaran.

2.2 Kegiatan Inti (110 menit)


a. Siswa mengamati 1 teks laporan sederhana yang diberikan oleh guru.
b. Siswa mendengarkan dan mencatat penjelasan yang diberikan guru tentang pengertian laporan, fungsi
social, struktur teks dan unsur kebahasaan pada teks laporan.
c. Siswa akan diminta secara bergantian membaca kembali laporan tersebut.
d. Siswa diberikan LKPD, dan menentukan fungsi social, struktur teks dan unsur kebahasaan teks laporan
pada LKPD .
e. Seluruh siswa menyampaikan hasil jawaban LKPD didepan kelas sesuai dengan arahan guru.

2.3 Kegiatan Penutup (15 menit)

1. Melakukan refleksi terhadap proses dan hasil pembelajaran.


2. Melakukan kegiatan tindak lanjut dalam bentuk pemberian tugas individual. Siswa diminta membaca
buku teks atau sumber lainnya terkait dialog introduction dan memberikan hafalan vocabulary pada
pertemuan berikutnya.
3. Menginformasikan rencana kegiatan pembelajaran untuk pertemuan berikutnya.

4. Membaca doa bersyukur ke hadhirat Allah SWT atas kesempatan dapat mempelajari bahasa Inggris hari
ini.

PRESENTING A REPORT

Dalam setiap penyelenggaraan kegiatan, pihak terkait selalu dituntut untuk membuat
laporan atas kegiatan yang telah diselenggarakan tersebut, sebagai bentuk
pertanggungjawaban dari penyelenggaraan kegiatan. Penulisan laporan bisa dibuat
pendek dan sederhana, bisa juga dibuat panjang. Tergantung kebutuhan masing-masing
kegiatan. Selanjutnya setelah laporan dibuat, sebaiknya dipresentasikan atau disajikan
secara lisan. Secara umum, penyajian laporan dibagi menjadi 3 bagian, yaitu :

1. Pendahuluan
a. Sapalah audience dengan greeting sebagai berikut :

b. Pembukaan, gunakanlah ungkapan-ungkapan berikut :

Jika pendahuluan/pembukaan telah disiapkan dengan baik, presentasi utama akan
lebih terkontrol dan berjalan dengan baik. Hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam
bagian ini adalah sebagai berikut :

- Perlihatkan wajah ramah

Corona virus is a deadly virus Corona virus or severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is a virus
that attacks the respiratory system. Disease due to infection with this virus is called COVID-19

Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered coronavirus.

Most people infected with the COVID-19 virus will experience mild to moderate respiratory illness and recover without
requiring special treatment. Older people, and those with underlying medical problems like cardiovascular disease,
diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, and cancer are more likely to develop serious illness.

The best way to prevent and slow down transmission is be well informed about the COVID-19 virus, the disease it causes
and how it spreads. Protect yourself and others from infection by washing your hands or using an alcohol based rub
frequently and not touching your face.

The COVID-19 virus spreads primarily through droplets of saliva or discharge from the nose when an infected person
coughs or sneezes, so it’s important that you also practice respiratory etiquette (for example, by coughing into a flexed
elbow).

At this time, there are no specific vaccines or treatments for COVID-19. However, there are many ongoing clinical trials
evaluating potential treatments. WHO will continue to provide updated information as soon as clinical findings become
available.
