Kontrak psikologis dapat didefinisikan sebagai
keyakinan individu mengenai tugas timbal balik
antara manajemen dan pekerja, atau semacam
kontrak implisit di antara para pihak.
(Rousseau 2001, 2004).

Meskipun tidak tertulis dan pada dasarnya bersifat implisit, kontrak psikologis memiliki
konsekuensi penting dalam hal perilaku organisasi, pilihan individu, dan implikasi motivasi
di tempat kerja.

Pada pelaksanaannya, kontrak psikologi dalam bekerja di suatu perusahaan dibagi
