•Derajat gangguan lebih ringan dari mania(F30.1),afek yang meninggi atau berubah
disertai peningkatan aktivitas,menetap selama sekurang-kurangnya beberapa hari
berturut-turut,pada suatu derajat intensitas dan yang berthana melebihi apa yang
digambarkan bagi siklotimia(F34.0),dan tidak disertai halusinasi ata waham
•Pengaruh nyata atas kelancaran atas kelancaran pekerjaan dan aktivitas sosial
memang sesuai dengan diagnosis hipomania,akan tetapi bila kekacauan itu berat dan
menyeluruh,maka diagnosis mania(F30.1 atau F30.2) harus ditegakan

Bipolar II Disorder
Diagnostic Criteria :
Criteria have been met for at least one hypomanic episode (criteria A-F under "Hypomanic Episode" above)
and at least one major depressive episode (criteria A-C under " Major Depressive Episode“ above).
There has never been a manic episode.
The occurrence of the hypomanic episode(s) and major depressive episode(s) is not better explained by
schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, schizophreniform disorder, delusional disorder, or other specified
or unspecified schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorder.
The symptoms of depression or the unpredictability caused by frequent alternation between periods of
depression and hypomania causes clinically significant distress or impairment in social, occupational, or
other important areas of functioning.

• Terdapat pergantian mood yang biasanya berkelanjutan dan menetap,
tanpa faktor pemicu yang bermakna
• Tidak cukup parah atau cukup lama untuk memenuhi kriteria gangguan
bipolar atau depresif berulang
