 Definision:
Interprofessional collaboration is defined as "when
multiple health workers from different professional
backgrounds work together with patients, families, carers
(caregivers), and communities to deliver the highest
quality of care. It is based on the concept that when
providers consider each other's perspective, including
that of the patient, they can deliver better care.
 Definisi:
• Kolaborasi interprofesional didefinisikan sebagai "ketika
beberapa petugas kesehatan dari latar belakang
profesional yang berbeda bekerja sama dengan pasien,
keluarga, pengasuh (pengasuh), dan komunitas untuk
memberikan perawatan dengan kualitas tertinggi. Ini
didasarkan pada konsep bahwa ketika penyedia
mempertimbangkan perspektif satu sama lain, termasuk
pasien, mereka dapat memberikan perawatan yang lebih
baik.

Manfaat Kolaborasi Interprofessional dalam Perawatan Kesehatan.

5. Meningkatkan hubungan staf dan kepuasan kerja;
Setiap profesi kesehatan memiliki subkultur,
basis pengetahuan, dan filosofi sendiri. Ketika
Anda menambahkan struktur kekuasaan,
suara beberapa anggota diprioritaskan
daripada yang lain. Itu tidak baik untuk pasien
dan kudusifias staf.
