Latar Belakang
Anemia di Dunia
2005, menurut WHO 24.8% populasi didunia menderita anemia. Dari total
populasi didunia, 25.4% anak usia sekolah menderita anemia
Anemia di Indonesia
Riskesdas 2018, prevalensi anemia di Indonesia pada remaja sebesar
32% yang artinya bahwa dalam 10 remaja dapat ditemukan 3-4 remaja
yang menderita anemia
Pemberian Tablet Tambah Darah

Riskesdas 2018, hanya 22,9% remaja putri dari usia 10 hingga 18 tahun
yang pernah mendapatkan tablet tambah darah (TTD) dengan jumlah
populasi 88.616 remaja putri dimana pada 12 bulan terakhir pemberian
TTD mencapai 76,2% dari 21.434 remaja putri.
Dampak
Anemia dapat menyebabkan gangguan kognitif, perilaku dan
pertumbuhan dari bayi hingga anak remaja. Anemia juga mempengaruhi
kondisi imun tubuh usia dewasa serta meningkatkan angka kematian
bayi dan ibu hamil.
Menurut WHO pada tahun 2005 menurut WHO 24.8%

anak usia sekolah yang menderita anemia.
Menurut Riskesdas 2018, 32% remaja di Indonesia

Anemia
Anemia merupakan masalah medis yang sering
dijumpai diseluruh dunia, walaupun prevalensi
anemia cukup tinggi, namun anemia sering kali
tidak mendapatkan perhatian dan tidak
diidentifikasi oleh para dokter di praktek klinik.

Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD) adalah suplemen gizi penambah

darah berbentuk tablet/kaplet/kapsul yang dapat diperoleh
dari Program atau mandiri
Kesehatan Nomor HK.03.03/V/0595/2016 tentang Pemberian Tablet Tambah
Darah pada Remaja Putri dan Wanita Usia Subur, pemberian TTD pada
remaja putri dilakukan melalui UKS/M di institusi Pendidikan (SMP dan SMA
atau yang sederajat) dengan menentukan hari minum TTD bersama.
Tablet berisi 60mg besi elemental dan 400mcg asam folat.

Data yang digunakan untuk evaluasi program didapatkan dari laporan tahunan standar pelayanan minimal Puskesmas Kelurahan Kedoya
Selatan.

Standar presentase pemberian TTD pada remaja putri di Puskesmas Kelurahan Kedoya Selatan mengacu pada Rencana Strategis Dinas
Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta Tahun 2017-2022.

PEMBAHASAN
Profil Puskesmas
Puskemas Kelurahan Kedoya Selatan berada di
Jalan Kedoya Raya No.47 Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk,
Kota Administrasi Jakata Barat Provinsi Daerah
Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Puskesmas Kelurahan
Kedoya Selatan mencakupi wilayah Kelurahan
Kedoya Selatan seluas 226.43 km2 yang terbagi
menjadi 5 RW dan 73 RT. Puskesmas kedoya
Selatan berdasarkan 2018 menaungi 39.269
penduduk.

SARAN
Kesimpulan
Setelah dilakukan prioritas indentifikasi masalah, didapatkan kurangnya kerjasama sekolah
mempengaruhi kurangnya data siswi yang dapat diberikan TTD. Hal ini mempengaruhi angka
capaian pemberian TTD pada siswi berusia 10-18 tahun atau kalangan SMP-SMA. Dengan itu,
penulis menyarankan mengubah prioritas pendataan siswi dengan cara door-to-door yang dapat
memberikan solusi sementara untuk pendataan siswi dan juga pemberian TTD disaat pandemi.
Saran
Pendekatan door-to-door ini perlu dimonitor oleh pemegang program perminggunya untuk melihat
kelancaran program ini. Dasar utama untuk dapat meningkatkan program ini adalah dengan memiliki
data semua siswi yang bersekolah di daerah cakupan Puskesmas Kedoya Selatan sehingga
diperlukan bantuan data dasar yang mencakupi usia siswi dan tempat ia bersekolah. Pengumpulan
data utama ini dapat dibantu oleh ketua RT/RW yang dapat dijadikan patokan oleh petugas tim yang
turun kelapangan mendatangi rumah masyarakat.
